I am now 4 weeks into my TO-cycle and PCT is coming up. I will do 2nd Gear, IGF-2, Drive, Bio Mend, Omega Essentials, NAC, Neovar, Complete Balance and Prostate Support. I have been reading several threads regarding PCT and different alternatives. I have some Cissus and Acetyl L-Carnitine sitting around, I wonder if it would be beneficial to add like 3 grams ALC and 1-2 grams of Cissus to my PCT as described above or would that be overkill? Too many supps? Potentially negative effects and/or less effective PCT?

Adding in 3g ALC and 1-2g Cissus would be excellent, and not overkill at all.

What you have is fine re PCT. The only supplements I would take out are NAC and Prostate Support, as they're not really necessary (but you can use if you wish).
 
I will then add the ALC and Cissus. Also - I am planning om running this PCT for 30 days, equivalent to the time on-cycle. Do you think 30 days of this PCT is enough to fully recover or is it advisable to stay on a little bit longer for any of the supps, like Drive or IGF-2 maybe?

30 days is adequate enough for PCT (a bottle of 2nd GEAR lasts 30 days).

However, with Drive and IGF-2 I would actually recommend using them both for 8-10 weeks to make the most of them. Note that you begin using Drive at the start of your last week on-cycle.
 
OK. I wasn't aware I was supposed to bridge it. I have done 28 days of TO now and have two more days to go before PCT. I will kick off Drive tomorrow which will give me a bridge of two days, kind of short maybe but not much to do about that now. Is bridging Drive for the last week recommended in regards of the efficiency of the actual PCT or is it more from a maximum muscle gain-perspective point of view?

If you start Drive now you're still fine. The reason for bridging Drive for the last week of your cycle is because it takes 7-10 days to kick in; therefore, if you use pre-PCT it should have kicked in BY PCT.

Could you take a look at my PCT schedule to see if it's appropriate? I weigh 215-220, my PCT supplements are Drive, IGF-2, Neovar and 2cd Gear, plus antioxidants/multi/fish oil.

---Resistance Training Days---

Morning

1. Drive - Dose 1
a. 4 caps first thing in the morning (i.e. with Dose 1 of IGF-2)
2. IGF-2 - Dose 1
a. 3 caps on waking first thing in the morning, 45 minutes before a meal.

Gym

3. Drive - Dose 2
a. 3 caps ~60-80 min pre-gym
i. Have a light snack at same time take IGF-2 (about 45 min)
4. IGF-2
a. 4 capsules about 45 minutes pre-workout on an empty stomach.
5. Neovar
a. Dose 1 - 3 caps 40 min pre-gym
b. Dose 2 - 3 caps immediate post- work out
i. Post-work out
1. 30-50 grams of protein—can be taken with dose
2. 50-100 grams of simple carbohydrates – no later than
15-20 minutes
Evening

6. IGF-2 – Dose 3
a. 4 capsules before sleep on an empty stomach.
7. 2cd Gear - Dose 1
a. last thing at night before you go to bed.

so PCT itself is really as long as the ON CYLE, but...........with the drive and igf-2 youre running it longer. i was thinking you took 2nd gear for that long also. im learnin, im learnin.

so PCT itself is really as long as the ON CYLE, but...........with the drive and igf-2 youre running it longer. i was thinking you took 2nd gear for that long also. im learnin, im learnin.

You run 2nd GEAR for 30 days. 30 days is the length of your PCT.

However, to get the most out of both Drive and IGF-2 you really need to run them for 8 weeks, which is why it is recommended to (this doesn't meant hat your PCT ends up being 8 weeks).

You can also run 2nd GEAR for a further 4 weeks with the Dive and IGF-2 as a natural anabolic stack (this also doesn't mean that your PCT ends up being 8 weeks).
