Could you take a look at my PCT schedule to see if it's appropriate? I weigh 215-220, my PCT supplements are Drive, IGF-2, Neovar and 2cd Gear, plus antioxidants/multi/fish oil.
---Resistance Training Days---
Morning
1. Drive - Dose 1
a. 4 caps first thing in the morning (i.e. with Dose 1 of IGF-2)
2. IGF-2 - Dose 1
a. 3 caps on waking first thing in the morning, 45 minutes before a meal.
Gym
3. Drive - Dose 2
a. 3 caps ~60-80 min pre-gym
i. Have a light snack at same time take IGF-2 (about 45 min)
4. IGF-2
a. 4 capsules about 45 minutes pre-workout on an empty stomach.
5. Neovar
a. Dose 1 - 3 caps 40 min pre-gym
b. Dose 2 - 3 caps immediate post- work out
i. Post-work out
1. 30-50 grams of protein—can be taken with dose
2. 50-100 grams of simple carbohydrates – no later than
15-20 minutes
Evening
6. IGF-2 – Dose 3
a. 4 capsules before sleep on an empty stomach.
7. 2cd Gear - Dose 1
a. last thing at night before you go to bed.

Morning

a. 4 caps first thing in the morning (i.e. with Dose 1 of Drive)
i. 30 Minutes Before Breakfast
2. Drive - Dose 1
a. 4 caps first thing in the morning (i.e. with Dose 1 of IGF-2)

3. NeoVar - Dose 1
a. 1 cap
i. 15-20 Minutes Before Breakfast (should contain at least 50g of carbohydrate)
Afternoon
1. Drive - Dose 2
a. 3 caps 6-8 hours after first dose
2. IGF-2 - Dose 2
a. 4 capsules in the afternoon on an empty stomach, about 45 minutes before
a meal.
3. NeoVar - Dose 2
a. 2 caps- 15-20 minutes before another meal (should contain at least 50g of
carbohydrate) during the day
Evening
1. IGF-2 - Dose 3
a. 4 capsules before sleep on an empty stomach

Dose 1 - 3 caps 15-20 minutes pre-meal (i.e. breakfast) with at least 50g carbohydrates
Dose 2 - 3 caps 15-20 minutes pre-meal (i.e. lunch or dinner) with at least 50g carbohydrates
