hi everybody i'm in a confused state of mind! I want to start a cycle using d-bol at 35mg a day but do not want to until i have my pct sorted, i've ready many post's which recommend nolva but do i need to add anything else to my pct or will just taking nolva be enough? can someone please recommend a nolva dosage or a good pct to follow, big thank's to anyone that can help dont get me wrong i'm doing my homework.
 
Well D-Bol can shut you down hard but honeslty I woulndnt take D-Bol alone. I would stack it with something like tren or sten. Otherwise none of your gains will stick, D-Bol is not a cycle in itself. But it's your health not mine. With that being said I would dose the Nolva at 20/20/20/20. I would also add some liver stuff, Milk Thistle or something and definintly a natural test booster. Stoked is a good one. Throw in a AI and your should be set. Depending on how long your cycle is, I.E. longer than 4-6 weeks, you might want to grab some hcg, so you dont desenitize your boys. Hi mate i'm 30, 154lbs had been lifting for 2 years but gave it up for 2. I have a lean body and am a very hard gainer an just want to bulk up be a bit bigger. I have no experience in taking anything but i am doing research.

man, i'll tell you the secret to getting big......and it's not in a pill. food bro. i well planned out diet with cals increases slowly will do more for you than that Dbol will. and you'll keep your size. spend the money on food rather than AAS. post your diet and will will help. keep the Dbol til later......
 
much appreciated, 6.30 in morning oats with fruit, 9.30 chicken+salad in pitta bread again at 12.30, 3.00 a shake, cooked meal in the evening, pasta with meat and egg's twice a week going add another shake mid morning also drinking 2 litres of water a day.

your maintence cals are around 2600. determine how many your eating now and add to that. see where your ate 1st. utlize Invalid Link Removed
