well if all else fails you can do pushups and situps and get that gym thingy that hangs from the door frame for pull ups and...oh, what was it...oh yea, the "Ab Loops for building abs of steel"
 
btw, just noting that i've got some crazy chest and back doms today from yesterday's lift. i feel really out of shape right now :\

hah thanks, met. i'm doing my best to keep to a new diet regimen which will hopefully merit some weight gains. due to my 3 week hiatus from the gym, i think i've lost about 4-5 pounds, and am looking to gain that weight back and more in the coming months.
 
Remind me again why you took so much time off :think:
 
i needed to some time after school to put everything in perspective with school and work and what i'm going to do after school. plus the fact that i was out with friends to the whee hours of the mornings most nights.

EDIT: i needed last week to move into my apt and clean it so it wasn't dirty and disgusting to live in for the next few months.

me too, it feels really good to be back in the gym. my legs are still a little sore from my warmup over the weekend, but i'll be hitt'n them tonight again, still keepin it relatively light so i don't over do it to begin.

ok so went to the ymca here....
they wont take cash up front for 2 months of a membership... they only do direct deposit but you need to quit 30 days before the next withdrawal so they can stop it in time.... which means I would end up paying an extra month... or Id have to quit a month early....
the guys there were idiots and had no idea what was going on... so... still looking for a gym.
called golds gym downtown today... expect to hear back from them tomorrow about student pricing....

so i've been trying to gain weight over the past several months, so i'll be trying to include that information with the workouts if i remember. stepped on the scales this morning after :dump: :dump: and weighed in at 142.4lbs. i think it's pretty safe to assume that this is my natural bodyweight, without a whole of extra water weight. this is up from 139 on monday, so it could just be all water weight, but i'd like to think that it isn't.

nope... different ryan... he normally trains with me... so I doubt that you know him.... he lifted at the prison meet.

Sup Jmath..were all just buds. We post our workout's in here (when we arent running separate logs) and just hang out and post weird sh1t..
 
so since i don't have access to the internet at my apartment, i can't post my workouts. i'm using a lab because i have homework to do, but as soon as internet is hooked up at my place, i'll be posting my workouts again.

yea, i'm running a slightly modified beginner Arnold workout to try and gain some size. had a rough night a few nights ago with some severe stomach cramps that kept me up basically all night, and i lost a lot of my appetite that day. still hit the gym that night, but it wasn't fun stepping on the scale this morning at around 139.
