I thought pressure through the heels made it focus on the hamstring.

yeah, I like them because it also forces me to balance the bar. when my knee is better I'll load it with a couple 25s...that's a killer way to end a leg day!!!

That's correct...this puts more focus on the quads and throws a little balance aspect in as well.
 
Sides:
at first I thought I was just tired from work, but now I think I'm really seeing the lethargy! I've been going home at lunch (I live super close to work) to take a nap nearly every day this week, I just don't have much energy at all during the day!

I also have this dull headache that seems to linger all day...was thinking this might be a side of BP being high.
 
I'm going to take it easy today...just an hour of dodge ball tonight and then I'll be relaxing!

I'm pleasantly surprised that my hammies, glutes, and calf’s are sore/tight today.

I've got some energy today; I'm looking forward to my shoulders and arms workout tonight...hoping to get some more shape in my arms!!!

my lower back is still tight from squats the other day...I think the really slow movement created so much TUT for my back that it's more sore than when I do deads.

also, I've been working on more stretching with a foam roller. I realized that my IT band is super tight...this might be causing some of my knee issues. I'm going to work on getting it loosened up before my next leg day to see how things go.
 
Del, for your IT band stretch...sit on the edge of a chair and cross one leg(Ankle on other knee). Once in that position, put your hands on the chair and drop you rear just off the chair and sink down. This should hit the spot nicely. Hold for a minute and switch legs. Let me know if that gets it.

thanks bud, I'll give that a try later...just tried it, but I've been stretching so much with the foam roller that I don't feel anything.

this is my last week to put in work at the gym; I rested most of the weekend and I'm hoping to get some great numbers in the next few days!!!

last week was a little interesting...I'm a really chill player, but the team we were playing last week had a serious attitude problem. I was struggling with my BP last week and this was sending it through the roof! there was one guy on their team that was being a d*ck to one of my female teammates; it was all I could do to hold myself back...but, I guess it was obvious I was pretty irritated (totally out of character for me).
 
don't know what's up, my appetite has DROPPED! I noticed yesterday that I wasn't hungry and today I'm forcing myself to eat...can't imagine why!

I even went home at lunch and grilled up a nice rib eye (no G, I didn't burn it)...but I still had to force myself to eat it.
 
Not to scare you, but isn't that a sign of your liver being taxed that it lowers your appetite. Hope everything else is going well my man!

hmmm, I'd heard this a long time ago and I'd forgotten about it. I'd be surprised if this is the case though...liquidrone isn't methylated and epi isn't overly toxic (especially considering it's only been 3 weeks).

I'll be keeping an eye on this the next couple days.

Appetite has all but pretty much left me too. It just seems to happen to me on methyls. I am just force feeding myself at the moment.

I had a tragedy with the liquidrone today...I spilled it and lost the rest of the bottle. Since G had cut his liquidrone cycle short and had about half a bottle left, he donated the rest of it to my cause.

I don't know how I pulled this workout off...I got to the gym between 8:30 and 9pm and hadn't eaten since 4:30.

I've had a series of shoulder injuries in the last few years and they're def not my strong point; this was the best shoulder routine I've EVER had!

I missed my morning dose of liquidrone and I took 1.2ml (rather than 1ml) tonight and I could feel when it kicked in!
 
Looks like a good workout! Hopefully your shoulder injuries are a thing of the past!

I feel like the shoulder problems always kind of ebb and flow for me. But if I'm careful, I can be pain free pretty much all the time.

Every once in awhile I'll be an idiot and push it a bit too far, but you get better at knowing where that "idiot level" is over time.

I'm super impressed that I was able to get up to 275 on squats today. while that doesn't seem like a ton of weight, I'm still babying my knee and my motion is super slow...there's a bit of TUT with my squats! If I can hit 315 before I leave next week I'll be a happy man!!!

Muscle density seems to really be increasing, my arms, abs, etc are really feeling rock solid! I'm noticing the leaning effects of the liquidrone :D

I'm looking forward to my next run of liquidrone, I bet this would be excellent for a 6 week run! I'll prob consider this next year when I'm leaning up for summer:hitit:
