I am a huge advocate for BCAA supplementation. I can't wait until this comes out. IBCAA's from Pp is great, but there's no flavor. I am an old fan of Xtend (before they changed the flavoring), so I hope this will be just a smooth.

As a matter of fact, the only supplement other than protein that I will use on a constant basis are BCAA's. :food:

I like to sip it over a long period of time. When I take it post wo I usually just use 10-12 oz of water.

ya i just filled my Gatorade bottle up, but im under 160 so i gotta use 1 scoop..i the a half of one in anyway tho..idk but I felt great all workout..maybe placebo
