current pic same as in Avi but bigger. Just took 1.5 weeks off holding some water. last pic is from a couple weeks ago holding less water was on low carbs. Still work in progress but been told i'm pretty thick for my height arms tape at just over 15in neck is around 16 height 5ft 1in any comments critiques much appreciated

Well how old and how tall are you?
I'm wondering about your workouts do you have any log I can see how your workouts are going?

The best thing about posting pictures is locating your weaker areas and attacking them a lil more but still focusing on strong points. You have a great build and depending on what you want to do I'd modify your workout to bring out at least your stronger features a lil more.

5ft 1in and i'm an old fogey lol? what do you feel are my stronger features. thanks for the reply
 
Just my suggestions as I think we may have same type build but you look bigger tho

Try deadlifts, BB shrugs and go heavy, do rotator cuff work and super set your shoulders. I'd also do a lot more dips for your chest ad pull ups to help define your arms and hook your back up. Your base is good and once I started doing these workout more accurately my body parts blew up.

But my shoulders are still lacking and so we both should try the super set shoulders I just keep forgetting but I'll get around to it. If you've seen the second to last james bond movie check his shoulders out on beach scen and I bet you'll want yours huge as well.

Yeah i need to add in more dips. I've been supersetting wide grip upright rows with military presses and doing wide grip chins to try and work on the vtaper but maybe i'll switch to chins for a bit thanks for the suggestions.

in that pic i think i'm sitting at just around 152lbs
in the bottom pic i'm at 146lbs
 
What is your goal right now? Are you cutting or bulking? Sometimes its hard, not always to tell what a person's lagging body parts when they are bulking. For me, i thought my chest was one of my stronger points, but when i cut down my upper pecs were lacking (stored a good deal of fat on my chest). You have a sweet base, i would say bring up shoulders, but you look solid all over. Any back or wheel pics?

I was cutting right now goal is just to maintain where i am at when into PCt and up calories and carbs to keep up the strength etc. so that's why i'm a little heavier in the top pic from the bottom one
 
dude for 15" arms they look jacked! Mine are 16.5 and dont look that big haha. Nice to see the abs coming along. congrats buddy keep up the good work

any more thoughts or suggestions? i'm thinking of later this year and next year trying to go to about 167lbs over the course of approx 3 months 2-3lbs a month I do bulks usually Nov-Apr I like to give myself enough time to put on weight and keep it.

Thanks. and i'm about to go in weight LOL starting to MASS early Overall i'm very happy with how everything went because my neck calves and biceps are all within like .5 inches of each other give or take so i'm builing a nice symetrical base
