Great comeback Bubba...My boy had to decide to put up or shut real quick!! Lesson learned for him!

thanks AZ. I try not to engage in behavior like that usually, but sometimes verbally cutting someone to ribbons is the only way. I can be a bit touchy sometimes, know what i mean? He was this dude incline benching like 315 or something, but he had like a 50 waistline. He thinks hes pretty cool, little does he know that i would make fast work of him.:wave2:

Speaking of swinging....got into a fight today. Went into the common area to get some milk for a shake and I didn't shut the door. There is some MMA guy who walks around with his shirt off and sh*t, a real show off. He had some buds with him. SO he yelled "Close the f*cking door you homo". I preceded to walk into the room with my signature "Can I help you". You can problably tell he is a puss so he said "No, nothing man, I was talking to my bud." I threw my milk to the floor and told him if he wanted to swing then take a shot. As I leave he tries to swing on me. I side throw him to the floor and proceed to turn his face into pizza. 5 Swings and I was done.

He's all bloody, about to cry. His boys are all "Why did you do that". I told them "You can tell the cops I'm in room 215 if they want to arrest me for assault". Downed my shake and went to sleep.


Ohh yea workout out consisted of outside sprints and Tire Flipping. before the incident. Haven't done that in a while.

This f*cking guy just blew the lid. I've heard him around camp talk sh*t to alot of people and he constantly walks around like he is God. Had to end that sh*t. I gave him an option, he chose to exercise it. Almost like when you went nuts on that gay guy :lol:
 
there's a lot of guys in the army that talk tough. my old buddy was like 5'6" and benched 225 for sets like it was cake, and there's not a guy that talked tough that would have stepped up to him.
 
I'm alot bigger than some guys around here, yet I never talk down to ANYONE or strut around like I'm the sh*t. People say I'm too modest, I just try to better people around me.

I agree. I used to be a guard at a death row facility. I was working in a block with an officer who was good size, and he used to walk around on the tiers doing karate moves. This guy thought he was chuck norris or something. Then one day a fight broke out, well not really a fight, one guy started bashing anpother guy and he had razor blade taped to his knuckles. My other officer was so frozen with fear, he literally was just standing there with the radio to his lips, unable to even speak to call a code. Needless to say, after his covers were pulled and the coward was revealed, he had to deal with several officers in the parking lot after shift.

I used to think that until I saw The Dragon Machida whip everyones ass. I know that he has moved into other areas of MMA, but he impressed me last night.

If you think Machida dominates because of his "point fighting" experience... I have some beautiful bridges to sell you in Florida.

I once t-bar rowed 12 plates made of solid lead with spikes sticking out of them. Then i hopped on a bench and speed repped 1,785lbs. After that, i squatted 4000lb cars on each shoulder. Then i finished up my workout by walking on water. True story.

I've been MIA for the past day and a half. Lots of sh*t going around over here (Bombs going off, people getting hurt). I actually got some half decent sleep.

Swam about 2 miles in 50 minutes. Used to be faster, but haven't swam in a while. I'll keep this up every other day.

Core day- The usual.

Dumbbell Curls-50*15+9+8. Focusing on lower weight, wrist is feeling good.


Reverse Barbell Curl-115*12+8+7.


Squat Calf raises- 275*20+20+15. Haven't done these in a while, felt a nice burn.

Leg Curls-140*15+12+10. Money.

Legpress-720*12+8+6. Got tired out, last exercise of the day.


I've got to up the cals again, Im down 4 pounds since I gained those 4 lbs :(. It's problably the swimming.

It's the DC split I'm doing right now. Working out pretty good. I haven't swam in like 2-3 years, but it felt awesome. Full body workout. I'm upping them, I already eat like an animal :dunno:. I get pissed when I lose weight.
 
I wish I could eat like a animal and be >10% bf :(

You can. Go follow Mr. BigPR's cardio regimen in the middle-eastern desert... in early summer.

Trust me, you can eat like him and have his BF% if you want to do the work... I know I don't.
 
You have a good point :) I'd rather stick to my low intensity incline treadmill walking, sounds more peaceful.
