A couple questions because i was planning on running this stack this summer what sort of effects did this stack have on you if any, i noticed you deffinately look slimer how long was this run? reason i ask is im running for about 8-9 weeks. Would you reccomend this stack did it work well for you or would you substitute one thing for something else?
And how was your strength your chest looks better but i cant tell muscle wise did you gain/lose muscle on this stack.

What was your calorie intake like and how much did you run?
Yeah, My diet is on the front page. But, I was trying to hold around 2800 calories for a couple weeks to start and slowly started dropping some down to about 2600 for the remainder.
Run as in cardio? I ran almost everyday. I had quite a bit of cardio because I swam/ran/biked. I usually did at least one of those everyday, but tried to get two.
Time totals were around 1-2 hours a day. Closer to 2 hours.
As for strength, I may have gotten a little stronger, but the biggest difference for me was the increased endurance in everything.
I was a lot less tired after sets in lifting which shortened my rest time. I could run further, and swim harder.
As for recommending this stack, I would definitely recommend it.
Next time I may run it a little bit longer if I do it, but I'm hoping that I won't need to lose 15 lbs next time to be where I want.
I'm really looking to change my lifestyle, not just go on a short diet or run more often for a few months.

When i looked at this log first thing i thought was dang were similiar im about 6'2 205 and we seem somewhat similiar in strength but your stronger, we have similiar goals from what i see was well.
Im planning on starting late june when school ends, and running till around september, my diet right now is poor it was good but i plan on tweaking it at start of june to get ready for start, im planning on running in mornings before work 1 mile jog to run/sprinting up long stairs at a resevoir then 1 mile job back then i have work at 7:30 to 3:30 landscaping so burn a lot of calories there then gym and baseball at night going to pick up 2-3 bottles of xtend so i dont die from all this and eat probally a lot.The toughest part is scheduling it all but im looking to lose about what you did 15 lbs. It was nice to see a log off someone similiar to me running exact same stack.
actually I take it back, you look closer to 13.5%, around 9% is when you start to see a six pack and you don't look that far off. Great progress, it makes me excited for my cut in a couple of weeks (im doing lr/dcp/lx too)
Quick question im brainstorming ways to improve stack if any im interested in PowerFULL could i add that to this stack to improve sleep among other things or would it not be worth it, id probally only run it last like 4 weeks of the 9 But what would you say?

As far as perception goes - especially on a beach - that one area makes a huge difference. Everything looks way "tighter". Awesome Job!!!

The cut short-circuited when I started doing these localized muscle growth experiments with Eviscerate. Plans changed into more of a lean bulk...however, my arms cracked 20 inches again, for the first time in a LONG time, without adding too much fat.
