My DCP/LR/LX log.

great progress, id say your sitting around 14%bf. I meant dont drink much during pct, avoid drinking heavily after pct, your livers just been through a beating for the last 4-8 weeks
 
Holy sh*t! I just weighed myself after about 10 days of not doing so.

192.4 lbs!!!!

I'm psyched.

I'm officially out of everything! Wow! what a run

Starting weight: 208
Ending weight: 192.4
Change: -15.6 lbs

Edit:
Starting weight for the stack was 202 so I lost almost 10 lbs in 4.5 weeks... sorry for the mix up. 208 was where I started sometime during my diet.
almost 16 lbs in about 8 weeks though which is just about right!

So, In about 4 and a half weeks, I've lost 15.6 lbs. Thats about 3.5 lbs per week. So, I may have lost a little muscle, but I know that first week I lost a lot of water weight. I'm happy and even if I did lose some muscle, it's coming back soon. Pictures may tell the story.

Overall, I'm very happy with my choice in dcp/lr/lx, and I'd do it again. The few times I did cheat on my diet, I paid for it when I weighed myself the next day. But I quickly got back down in weight to where I was.

Focus: A/B (A during workout, B during school)

Sorry about not updating the post but I have been busy with coaching and setting up the pool for the summer. I was at my parents house and didn't have a chance to use their computers.

Anyways, I have also been playing a lot of tennis in the past week.

I'm very happy with the results and I cannot wait to start hdrol tomorrow.

Pics up in a few minutes also... but I couldn't get a new phone. The screen keeps going out randomly, but it works sometimes.

A couple questions because i was planning on running this stack this summer what sort of effects did this stack have on you if any, i noticed you deffinately look slimer how long was this run? reason i ask is im running for about 8-9 weeks. Would you reccomend this stack did it work well for you or would you substitute one thing for something else?

And how was your strength your chest looks better but i cant tell muscle wise did you gain/lose muscle on this stack.

Yeah, My diet is on the front page. But, I was trying to hold around 2800 calories for a couple weeks to start and slowly started dropping some down to about 2600 for the remainder.

Run as in cardio? I ran almost everyday. I had quite a bit of cardio because I swam/ran/biked. I usually did at least one of those everyday, but tried to get two.
Time totals were around 1-2 hours a day. Closer to 2 hours.

As for strength, I may have gotten a little stronger, but the biggest difference for me was the increased endurance in everything.
I was a lot less tired after sets in lifting which shortened my rest time. I could run further, and swim harder.

As for recommending this stack, I would definitely recommend it.
Next time I may run it a little bit longer if I do it, but I'm hoping that I won't need to lose 15 lbs next time to be where I want.

I'm really looking to change my lifestyle, not just go on a short diet or run more often for a few months.

I'm going to check a few scales tomorrow to make sure something isn't off on my scale. Haha, its kinda hard for me to believe I weigh 192. My goal was only 195.

When i looked at this log first thing i thought was dang were similiar im about 6'2 205 and we seem somewhat similiar in strength but your stronger, we have similiar goals from what i see was well.

Im planning on starting late june when school ends, and running till around september, my diet right now is poor it was good but i plan on tweaking it at start of june to get ready for start, im planning on running in mornings before work 1 mile jog to run/sprinting up long stairs at a resevoir then 1 mile job back then i have work at 7:30 to 3:30 landscaping so burn a lot of calories there then gym and baseball at night going to pick up 2-3 bottles of xtend so i dont die from all this and eat probally a lot.The toughest part is scheduling it all but im looking to lose about what you did 15 lbs. It was nice to see a log off someone similiar to me running exact same stack.

We are fairly similar. Sounds like you have a good plan.
If I were you I'd even try to get the diet down earlier than that. The sooner you start, the easier it will be to adjust one thing at a time to find what's right for you. Also, the sooner that weight will come off. You wanna be fit for the summer!

I messed up actually... I lost 10 lbs in about 4.5 weeks.
Starting weight during the beginning of my diet was 208.
But I made an edit above to show that.
Still almost 16 lbs in less than 8 weeks is pretty perfect. 2lbs/week is enough to not lose muscle.
I don't know what I was thinking.
 
actually I take it back, you look closer to 13.5%, around 9% is when you start to see a six pack and you don't look that far off. Great progress, it makes me excited for my cut in a couple of weeks (im doing lr/dcp/lx too)

As far as perception goes - especially on a beach - that one area makes a huge difference. Everything looks way "tighter". Awesome Job!!!
 
Quick question im brainstorming ways to improve stack if any im interested in PowerFULL could i add that to this stack to improve sleep among other things or would it not be worth it, id probally only run it last like 4 weeks of the 9 But what would you say?

I think I saw dsade say somewhere that a product like PowerFULL would be a good addition, but I may be mistaken. Honestly though, After doing that run... I was taking so much at once that I wouldn't really want to add more too it. I would probably wait to take that after your cut if I were you.

Some people would probably say you are too young for taking that anyways.

Sleep wise, I only really had one night with bad sleep because I took my last doses too late in the day. If you're careful that should be no problem.

I always cut with Snickers.

The cut short-circuited when I started doing these localized muscle growth experiments with Eviscerate. Plans changed into more of a lean bulk...however, my arms cracked 20 inches again, for the first time in a LONG time, without adding too much fat.
