H-Drol and X-Tren

Body Fat: 10%-12%

Lifting Regimen - 6 days a week
3-days 5x5 program (full bodys major lifts deads, squats, bench...)
3-days Interval training (sprints, smaller muscles and higher reps)

I've seen great results in definition and strength gains on this program also my diet is tracked daily.

I am looking at slowly adding more muscle. I would say my goal would be 5-7 lbs a month without raising my body fat. I am hoping to be around a solid 175 by december of 09! I think this is plenty of time and realistic. I've been researching stacks to help me gain and stay lean and found hdrol and x tren. For my first cycle i was planning on starting on June 1st. I am looking to see what you guys think of this break down.

During cycle running cycle assist

I am in the process of still deciding my pct. Ihave read i will need a serm with the tren and some say i do not. so if you have any advice on if i should ad a serm let me know. But other wise i was going to use Prime and PCT Assist.

So thanks guys let me know what you think of the regimen for the pill poppin and any advice you can give Id appreciate.
 
my pct for xtren and havoc is reversitol, stoked, leanfx....i've never used a serm with ph BUT everyone is different.....
 
I'm starting my cycle next week....I have a friend right now who is in week 2 of pct after a tren epistane cycle with the same pct i have mentioned and so far so good...I've run probably around 6 ph cycles and never used a serm...like i said everyone is different but i think a lot of people look to much into pct..
 
Looks good... Any supps like p5p or vitex going to be taken? Tren is great, sneaky strong, don't be afraid to grab extra weight, it will suprise you on strength gains. Ran a 4 wk tren havoc and was awesome, 13 lean muscle with massive strength increases. You shouldn't have a problem with your pct. People do make a big deal about it but for good reason.
 
I figured the cycle assist would be enough...i do have fish oil and will definitley add that. I was looking at a few pre workout supps. ran across glycergrow and jacked.
 
jacked is awesome!!...taken superpump and noxplode and didnt seem to do much...the only thing with jack is that i seemed to get used to it and after about 3 weeks i didnt feel the effects of it as i did in the beginning
 
bigman..u should jump that hdrol up to 100 in the 5thweek rather then bump down to 50 in the 6th week...just my 2cents...i have had awesome results with hdrol at 100

I think that is a reasonable response. I'm starting PP's TRS/Cycle Support and Reversitol next week for PCT. I'll let OP know via PM how this goes. Granted, my cycle was not quite as aggressive.
 
ive heard some great things about jacked...i do hear that you need to keep icreasing the dose...i am thinking of running it only on my heavey lifting days. and using the glycer grow before every workout.

so my buddy just ran a trs from primordial and prime....loved it. im thinking my pct will be the trs stack along with the pct assist from cel along with the fish oil and prime.

i was also thinking of changing the dosing of the hdrol and xtren to the following and addind sustain during the cycle.

xtren 00/90/90/120/120/120
hdrol 50/75/75/75/100/100
sustain along withe cycle support, fish oil, jacked and glycergrow
 
well i hit a bit of a dilemma...need some work on my car so i gotta cut back on the $$. I am thinking of just running the xtren for 6 weeks with everything.

Due to the change what do you guys think if keep it the same or should i try to up the dose a little more and run a 90/90/120/120/150/150. Have not added it all up but im hoping it will be two bottles. Since its my first experience with it i dont know if it would be a bit to much. What do you all think?

I'd do (1) bottle at four weeks and opt for some SA during cycle so you dont shutdown. If you do (6) weeks in which 4 of the 6 are 120+mg/day...you'll shutdown hard. I shutdown freakin hard at 90 for 2 weeks, granted I'm a smaller guy. You can see awesome gains within a week on this stuff. I wouldn't be overzealous about your goals and do something a little more safe first time through. JMO.

I think as it is my first experience with cel products ill start this way and with all of your opinions. Then after the first cycle based on my results ill jump it up on the dosage or add the hdrol...especially when my finances are back to normal.

Has anyone ran an xtren solo? I am going to change my heavy lifting days to 8 reps instead of 5 in hopes to keep addind strength but focus on some hypertrophy! I am thinking i may run a log so it keeps me more focused as well.

Also guys some told me to ad dhea? ive never used it and dont know much about it so i though i would get you feed back on that. He said to run the xtren with x-lean?

I just ran (19-Nor) Solo. I think if you stick to heavy, heavy weights on the compound exercises w/ low reps and medium weight w/ 8-10 reps on iso exercises I think you'll have good results.
