Psyching yourself up for it G?? Just think about the satisfaction you feel when finished, because you know you just kicked some ass!
 
I pretty much always have to psych myself up for legs... It is just 45 minutes of pain to me. I don't really get any satisfaction out of working my legs. I know that I have to, and that it is what is gonna make me big, but I really don't like the workout. It helps though to have a workout partner.
 
It would be tuff doing it without my son grinding it out with me for sure. Just crank up the tunes bubba!!

Day 10 LEGS

Holy sh*t. I am really proud of my workout. I think I felt the Tren for the first time in the car ride to the gym... man people were stupid and I was just getting PISSED at everyone. Got to the gym and was a maniac.

Legs
Quad extentions (hammerstrength) - Platex10, plate+10x10, Plate+20x10
Squats - 135x10, 225x10, 245x8, 255x6(PR), 155x20. I wanted to do 185x20, but there was nobody in the gym that I knew or trusted to get me out of a tough spot. The 155 was hard enough. Stoked on going up 30 lbs for my last set and still getting 6. Almost didn't get the sixth.

Leg Press - 8platesx10, 10platesx10, 12platesx8
Calves on leg press - 4 platesx20, 6platesx16, 6plates+50x14
DB lunges - 30lbs dumbellsx10, 45lbs dumbellsx10.
Standing calves - 140x20, samex15, samex10

Abs - tricep rope crunches (away from pulley) - 80x20, 70x20, 70x20
Obliques - BWx30x2 sets
 
Tell me that didn't make you feel good! Way to get that PR. I love doing those rope crunches. I saw Mark Dugdale(sp?) do them in a video and I have been hooked since. I get the feeling there could be some DOMs in your near future. Nice w/o G!

Yes sir it sure did! I am just stoked on getting past the 250 marker for more than 5 reps. I've squatted 275, but I felt more comfortable today, and I think these squats were legit, and knowing how I squat now... I imagine my 275 was a great attempt, but lord knows if I really made myself go parallel. Oh well, I'll be there soon.

And dude, my legs already hurt. Hell they hurt since I did the widowmakers... hasn't gone away. It's gonna be brutal to roll out of bed tomorrow. All I can do is stuff my face with some chicken, a sweet potato, and a up your mass shake (I really like these shakes. Never been a big fan of MHP, but this is good stuff)... and hit the sack... It's time to grow. I might even take a scoop or two of Xtend with some extra glutamine and hit the sack early just to make the most out of this awesome workout!

Wow! Amazing workout brotha! Congrats on the PR! And im really diggin the DB Lunges, those are a fav of mine, tho squats are a close 2nd!
 
I pity you having to go down stairs today after that leg assault. Thats big work right there. PR's and extra work on top of that will be the killer.

And good thinking of getting home and feeding it up too. Thats the best feeling I think. Knowing you just trashed yourself and then coming home for a feed and then hitting the growth sack. Nice.

So guess who tipped the 200lbs marker this afternoon... I know it doesn't count since it's the afternoon, but it still felt good to be past that 200 again.

Shoulders
Military Hammerstrength - platex15, rest-pause set plate+25-13, 8, 5 (I really liked the rest pause with that exercise, incredible pump)
Lateral raise - 20x15, 35x10 rest pause 8, rest pause 4
Standing arnold press - 35x10, 45x10, 55x6
Rear delts - 20lbs on cables (crossed).

15 minutes on bike.

Great shoulder pump, my definition is comming up along with my vascularity. Starting to get that "holy cow I'm stronger" feeling.

i always get amped reading about you guys getting pissed at people. i cant wait to match my anger to my build like y'all. you're really killing these numbers man, and i know it's what you do- but it's good to see this stuff!
 
The strength thing is something I really noticed on Tren more than any other compound. It was like lets throw this weight on and test it....Holy **** that went up easy. You will be a strong mofo after this run. Congrats on the 2 bills club and this time be careful.
