Irish Cannon Gets Knocked Out by MST's Sleep Stack (Sponsored)

MST GHSR Stack Final Review

Somnidren Numerical Review

Sleep Quality (Deep/Restorative): 8.5/10 - On a regular basis, sleep quality was very high, although some nights on Epi, it wasn't enough to completely knock me out, and I had to resort to using a small dose of diphenhydramine; however, since being off the hormone, sleep has been VERY deep and restorative.

I more often than not found myself in dream-land. Dreams were extremely vivid and entertaining, and always made my sleep a little more enjoyable and fun.

Feeling Upon Waking: 7/10 - I'd usually wake up a little on the groggy side, and often took a few minutes for me to snap out of, but once I was up I felt great. Clean energy, revitalized and refreshed.

Effect on GH Levels/T Levels: 8/10 - From what I can tell, this did the job. Morning wood was a regular thing for me. I'll just use that as the judge.

Workout Effects: 8.5/10 - When taken pre-workout, Somnidren has the ability to really connect you with the weight in a way that's very hard to explain. The mind-to-muscle connection is extremely intense, and makes ever rep painful yet lovely. The drive and force for each and every set is intense, and really allows you to focus on muscle breakdown in the gym.

You need to take it with a stim, or else you'll end up on the floor in a daze...or at least that's how it was for me.

Taste: 6.5-7/10 - Not bad, not good. I wouldn't say I looked forward to drinking it, but at the same time I didn't mind it.

Price: Original - 6/10, Current - 9/10 - The price WAS around $34 which is quite expensive, but NP currently has it listed at $19.99 which is definitely worth it for the Somnidren...especially if you used this as a pre-workout product as you could stretch the product out for a while.

ZMK Numerical Review

Sleep Quality: 7.5/10 by itself, 8.5/10 with Somni - Obviously the stack is where it shines, but it definitely offers benefits even by itself. I was able to test this out on nights I was off the Somnidren.

I've used regular ZMA in the past (ON, Primaforce) and they nowhere compare to ZMK. ZMK's effects are much more pronounced, and provide an all-around superior quality. It's everything ZMA is, and more.

Feeling Upon Waking: 9/10 - I actually felt less groggy taking just the ZMK than the stack, although you're sacrificing some of the other benefits (GH release, REM sleep, etc).

Effect on GH Levels/T Levels: Uncertain

Workout Effects: N/A

Price: 7.5/10 - For $18 on NP, seems like a pretty good deal to me. Not overly expensive, and doable on a budget if you really like ZMA-type products. I would enjoy testing this out on a cut with EAAs pre-bed. I may do that sometime in the near future.

MVP (Side review)

I purchased this product in the middle of the log for myself. I tell yuh, I have a really hard time judging multi-vitamins and their effectiveness. I can't say whether this changed things from my ADAM or not, so I don't want to really give a numerical review; I'd sort of be shooting from the hip. With something as basic as a multi, it's hard to make a good evaluation...

I'll say this - I never got sick while on it, and recovery was great; now, that could have been a number of things, but take it for what it's worth.

It was a little pricey for me as I'm on a very tight budget, and am currently back on ADAM, but I may purchase MVP again down the road sometime and run a couple bottles.

All of MST's products are great, so I really have no reason to say anything negative. Judging from their other products, MVP did what is was supposed to! Haha.

Overall Thoughts on Stack

I was extremely happy with both the increase in restorative sleep, as well as the increase in performance in the gym. I really enjoyed having these MST products as part of my daily regimen, and will most likely implement them in the future; as I said, I'm very curious to try this stack on a cut, especially the ZMK+ EAA pre-bed. I think that would really help aid in fat-loss.

The current price of the stack at NP is $38, which is a great deal, so if you're interested in it, now's the best time to give it a go!

Please let me know if I've left anything out. I'll answer whatever questions you guys may have. Thanks again to Chuck and the guys at MST for allowing me to run this. I've really enjoyed it.

I expected nothing more or less from that review! Fantastic job with your words on it, and a great job with the log. As usual, it was fun following along with you and I appreciate you taking the time to run this log for us.

very nice log indeed, although it's just going to make the wait for my shipment even harder!
what are your final thoughts on dosing the stack? timing between food/bedtime, between the two supps etc?
cheers mate and well played!

I actually saw no problem dosing the Somni as close to one hour after my last meal. It's still very effective...As for the ZMK, you will probably want to dose 2hrs after anything with calcium.
