Hey bro hang in there! Keep fightin the good fight!
:goodpost:Blah its fine bro... a few important things right there
1) Give your body a break... have fun... keep it interesting... you cant go through life worrying about what you eat EVERYDAY
2) You will go back to the gym wanting MORE, wanting to work harder to take off what you just consumed
3) Chances are the fire you just fueled will take you further toward your goals than if you had stayed strict because staying strict is boring... now you just motivated yourself to push harder for the next few weeks at least
4) Don't be afraid to live a little... you only get to do it once...
AS A MATTER OF A FACT I HIT AN ALL TIME LOW FOR WEIGHT IN THE LAST 4 YEARS YESTERDAY... and i went out and got drunk and binged on food! It felt great but I'll be killin it next week my brothas!
Theres a difference betweeb 3 drinks and drunk. while three drinks can blount testostrone levels a bit flat out drunk takes three weeks to fully recover.
well it was more like 5 drinks not wasted but feelin good
Guys I totally went overboard yesterday. Went out to celebrate a new job, one beer led to another, and another, and then I end up in some celebrity dog-groomers loft lol. Pretty much stayed up all night and showed her my new cuts :booty: haha. Anyway after that I was starving the next morning and really craving the carbs so I stopped by a halal cart and picked up a Philly Cheese and fries. I know I know, bad idea. Ended up going to see the Wolverine flick later and yeah I ate some crap. Cool flick though. Just wanted to get that off my chest because I feel like I did something bad eating all that crap haha. But don't worry, I am not giving up and getting right back into the groove. Full body workouts here I come.:head:
Thanks Nunes! Got two new jobs actually lol. I am quite happy with my current situation.
Yeah you pretty much nailed it Smeton. I was feeling the effects of overstimulation and possible overtraining, plus new job and then had to take a quick trip to go handle a family situation. My workouts got put on hold for a few days and diet wasn't perfect, but all in all the break helped more than anything. My workouts have been going great lately. Strength is up, looking full and more lean. I am quite surprised at how well this cut has gone despite all the setbacks.
I have dropped all stims except for some slightly caffeinated green tea that equates to 1000 mg of egcg per day. Studies seem to imply that for green tea to effectively boost metabolism, a minimum dose of 600 mg of egcg is needed. I can actually feel a temp rise at this dose.
The last two days:

Full body workouts are over after this week. I have pretty much run every split I can think of over the past 3 months for a couple weeks at a time. I really like switching it up like this, I feel like I am accomplishing more than I have in the past this way. Any ideas on what split to use for the next couple weeks? What split are you guys working with? Curious..
Thanks for the suggestion Nunes, I think I may use that split in a couple weeks after I get done with my push-pull-legs-off-repeat split. This weekend worked like a maniac, had very little time to eat at all. Sat and Sunday I got like 2 and 1/2 meals all day, and they were not the best but necessary given the circumstances. That being said, I lost four pounds over the last four days, according to the scale. Getting back to normal eating now, and rockin' on. Strength is good, mood is fabulous, and the world is my feckin' oyster haha.
