you aint kiddin. Im not cutting this year, im happily around 12 % right now, and with a baby on the way, i dont have time for that strict of a diet. Bulking it is! Happy days!!!and big-orexia sucks when you are on a cut....
I think I have been recomping since my start a year and a half ago :lol:

I just did some cardio for the first time in 2 months and it felt sooooooooooo good!!! There is nothing like sprinting up a hill, walking/jogging back down, and sprinting back up!!
Im thinking of starting cardio again. With this shoulder injury, i think continuing to bulk may be a bit diffficult. Alas, i don't want to do any cardio.

You answered your own question...Your absolutely right. How many times a week do you think is optimal, keeping in mind i only go 4 days a week.

I feel so much better from cardio and those who think your gonna lose any substantial amount of muscle from it are retarded...Or using it as an exscuse as not to do cardio.

I'd like to think i'm not retarded, but who knows. I've decided to do a cut\recomp since my shoulder is out of commission. Bring on the abs b!tch!!!
