I just posted in a thread that was IDENTICAL to this one but only to have a message saying the thread no longer existed, then I came to the sponsored section, and this SAME EXACT thread appeared with totally different info....wtf?

I do not actually know, as I was reading and clicking, but i could have sworn that your name was on both post?

Anyway, I'll be checking the log bro...those are some pretty large numbers ... what is your bicep routine? Not now, but what was it for the last year or so...?

Well, I've always been messing with routines every couple of weeks, but bis were always trained with back, or upper body (in PL cases)
I'd say my favorite routine and one that helped me a lot would be:
- Standing Alternate DB curls (light, sort of like a warm up) 3x 8-12 reps
- Heavy barbell curls or cable curls 3x 6-10 reps
- Hammer Curls 3x 8-12 reps (moderate-heavy weight)
and sometimes I'd finish it up with 21s.

Chin ups also really helped me with bicep strength, they're awesome.
 
What weight were u in your pic?
Low 200s, heaviest I've been is 205.

Explaining furthermore- In Jan. I ran Mitotropin (which works freaking great) and got my bf down by a lot. After that I tried to run a cycle but it ****ed up and I ended up losing 4 pounds...
 
okay... so now you are changing your whole routine in the middle of a cycle? why? kinda odd...

No weights were stated expect your 1 rep max. You did state that you did 8-8-6 with curls, no weight mentioned.... ohh yeah and you had a "pump that almost made you cry"...

Then all you said about legs is you increased weight and quads was amazing... I see no reps there or commments on the weight or increase from previous week...

We are not badgering or hating or posting negative stuff. You come here, start a log and claim numbers on par with PRO, yes PRO, powerlifters and numbers that would come close to setting ALL TIME records. You make comments like 60 lbs db curls are weak (in old post that was deleted). You are claiming you weigh 180lbs and eat 6000 cals a day (thats a ton of food)and stay lean and vascular. You edited your post to add B6 into the supps you were taking (look at when i quoted your first post, B6 is not there but now shows up in your first post, hmmm... plus we know you use p5p not b6) You finally produce a pic and you say it from around dec and you look WAY WAY bigger than 180. Maybe you cut way way down, who knows, but as a powerlifter why would you do this? you would loose some much strength dieting down in this fashion... See my friend this all raises some questions, that is ALL!


Bro his numbers are on par with a pro, because he is going pro, normaly when someone logs something, as young one is so kindly doing for custom capsule, its good manners to follow along, and watch, if you dont agree with something you ask once or twice, but you dont keep on, and ruin his log.
The points you make are not that educated either, some powerlifters and olympic lifters dont have much fat, yet they can lift massive weights even after a cut, the worlds strongest man mariuz pudzianowski is 6.5 percent body fat. Thats my first point.
I also eat 6000 plus calories a day, everyone is different, i have a very fast metabolism, i dont see the need to be negative here.
Let the guy be, enjoy the log, if he isnt being truthful it comes out in the end, but not here and not in this log ok!!!

It does happen, its wierd but ive had it a few times over the last year.
 
A little update on an off day:
Weight- 189lbs. (+7) looks like I'm gaining 1 pound after workout days :D
LIBIDO- 9/10 (all good)
JOINT PAIN- 10/10 (never had a problem with this)
FOCUS- 10/10
RECOVERY- 9/10 (definitely improved)
BACK PUMPS- 10/10 (none)
PUMPS- 10/10 (biggest pumps I've seen so far)
VASCULARITY- 10/10
ACNE- 8/10 (I get this at random times, so idk if I can say it was this product)
AGGRESSION- 10/10 (I just want to ****ing get stronger, destroy those stats!)
STRENGTH- 10/10 (I'm changing to a routine which can be it more noticeable)
SLEEP- 10/10 (no problems, in fact, I'm sleeping better :P)
LETHARGY- 10/10 (none)
WELL-BEING- 10/10
MUSCLE HARDNESS- 10/10 (chest and arms are crazy! :D)
BODYFAT- 10/10 (same as before. Gotta kick cardio up a notch so I can drop)

Also, you may want to be cautious of the strength that you add during this run .

Reason:
Apparently, you are tremendously strong so you may toe the line on tearing or injuring a muscle if not careful ...

This stack is going to put serious strength on you bro...

I'm not sure about the After pics since I don't own a camera and the people nearby don't either. But I promise I'll try to get after pics, and PCT pics.

I'm actually scared of having a pec tear or something, but I won't let that stop me. If it's going to happen, it's going to happen.

You won't let a pec tear stop you? Are you kidding if your pec tears you will have to stop but you should know that with all your "experience":dunno:

How many hormones have you done in your life? What kinds, doses, length ect?

I've ran SD, epi, 11-k, phera, halodrol, dymethazine, and can't say I ran The One. All of them except the 11-k for 4 weeks. At the recommended doses.

I ran Dymethazine for 4 weeks in January, and " ran " The One when it came out but stopped the cycle short. (I'm the saw palmetto dude)

im still debating the routine for my extreme mass log
5x5 gives good strength for me overall and size in the chest
however, i want to focus more on size gains with strength important in shoulder pressing movements (my shoulder raises are ok but the presses are weak from my shoulder surgery/injuries)
so should i do a 4x8-12 on every day except shoudlers do 5x5?

Out of the ones I've ran, I love SD and DMZ (though I gained a lot of fat with this one)

If you're thinking about running SD then I say go for it. It's great.

That's a great idea, though I've never really liked 5x5.
I'd recommend doing the Shoulder Presses on an incline bench, and going 4x6-8.

You will gain a lot of strength on this cycle, so you might as well go for size with some strength ranges thrown in.

Why would u do shoulder presses on an incline??? Ughh that just an incline bench at a steep angle... To really hit shoulder you want to stay upright as possible to put the full load on your delts.

If you're thinking about running SD then I say go for it. It's great.

AS and DMZ are the same compound. Only difference is DMZ is two SD molecules bond together. They are bond by a hydrazine bond, hence the name. It gets broken down in the body into 2 SD molecules with hydrazine left over. Now google hydrazine... Not a good product to have in the body. It is used in polymers. Just dropping some knowledge on you guys :)

The reason it helps with strength is because you are using your upper chest also to move the weight (along with your triceps but that's in both forms) just depends what u want to do. To fully develop your delts you want to keep your torso vertical not at an incline. Young you said you struggle with your bb shoulder press max... Could be why, in your verson you may not realize how much upper chest you are using thus decreasing delt development. Watch any pro bodybuilder do shoulder presses or when they give tips... It is torso vertical not inclined.

I still like them though, and recommend everyone to give it a try. Might work for them :)

It might work but it will lead to under developed shoulders. Yeah your stronger on the movement but it because you add another muscle group into the exercise. It's obvious you should be stronger but like I said takes the focus off the delts. Which would u rather 225lbs hitting shoulders and upper chest or use 185ish with all the weight on your delts. Hmmm if I want big delts. I would go for option 2. Hence the name shoulder press.

Looking at your pic, your delta do look under developed compared to rest of you but also could be the angle. But I would try without the incline and place all the weight right smack dad on those shoulders.

the shoulders were a strong point a few years ago, but since numerous dislocations, a surgery, and then another dislocation it has been lagging because everything else is just growing at a faster rate

Or if u want intense pain try this...

Standing DB lat raises down the rack dropping by 5lbs each time... Start with a weight you can get a solid 8ish then go all the way down to 10lbs... Yeah u look like a baby when u can barely lift the 10s but the pain and pump is insane and that's set 1, drop the weight u started with by 10 and do it again, set 2. Then drop 10lbs again and run the rack again... And feel that lactic burn. Great to get those mid heads growing great shocking. Thank you Toney Freeman for that one.

Or you do then seated, very very strict form with a static hold for a 8 or 10 count for 3 sets. And try and get 8-10. Watch those arms shake in the mirror as u try and hold and that mid delt pop!

Haha they hate me man.

I know my guns are over 20s, though maybe not in the 22 mark.(you dudes can guess if you want to based on my avi), but my calves are correct :D

EDIT: You must hate my edits by now lol. I do post pics though, even if you think I'm BSing, you can guess based on my pics (which are pretty nice lol)
