Cut with some fun

Ok I plan on doing kind of a late summer cut for wrestling season. Right now I am 220 and I would like to get down.
The plan is to use Primordial Performance's Dermatherm Target, CLA, and BCAAs
I want to use DTH and was wondering what other's input would be to help with this stack.
It is going to be high intensity workout 6 days a week. Hopefully this will get me closer to wrestling shape.

All those are a good call, I'd throw some fish oil in there as well, maybe some sesamin. Glycobol is working very well for me as well. If you'r really needing some motivation, you could pick up some JP8, NOS Ether or Ready 4 war. DTH worked very well for me, as did CLA and Bcaa/eaa's. On a cut, your test levels have the possibility of dropping, as does your energy level, so the above isn't a bad idea. Good luck!!

In any program where you cut calories, or add therogenics you risk rasing cortisol levels that will yes burn fat (as it causes the body to eat itself), but you risk loosing hard earned muscle (as cortisol will eat that too). Thats when taking something to enhance healthy hormone output will actually blunt the negitive effects of cortisol. Testosterone levels are crucial to prevent muscle wasting. Enhanced cardio, therogenics, and low calorie diets all lower this level in the body. This is why most avid runners see little muscle mass, as they have unbalanced levels of cortisol that yes gives them energy, but at the cost of muscle mass as fuel often. Things like DTH will give you a very needed enhancement in test levels to cut fat and preserve muscle. I know this only because I do very intense cardio, and training and know what I need to protect muscle, and still make my metabolism function in full force. I speak from real world feedback and do this as my life hobby, not a job.

Ya I am def going to use DTH no doubt about it. I will just have to special order it since NP never seems to have it in stock.
I was laying in bed last night started thinking about what I wanted to do for the future supplement and workout wise.
I am on week 2 of Glycobol and Prime with JP8 as my preworkout doing DC training and this will be for 8 weeks.
Then I plan on taking about 2 weeks off and starting this cut using P90X as my workout. I figure if I can lose about 20 pounds like those idiots on TV who act brainwashed and not start acting like them I would be pretty happy.
Then I have another 8 weeks of free time to do whatever I come up with until wrestling starts back up. I am thinking about doing 3 full body workouts a week during wrestling since I will be busy with school and wrestling.

Bro having a structured plan is key!!! Without that everyone will fade off at some point. Keep structure in your long term training, and know you are doing it for a purpose (wrestling). As you know that day will come when you test your dedication in real world events. Dont let yourself say I should have worked harder!!!

Man I wish I meant I was going to be wrestling, but when I say wrestling season I mean coaching. I go back to my old high school and help out. This past year a lot of them complained because I was 210 so I want to get my weight down so I can throw a few more of them around plus be in better shape.
Yes wrestling has def been one of the hardest things I have done and I only did it for 1 year. I wish I could go back and could have done it for all 4 years. It is something that can't be explained. You get to beat the $hit out of someone and it is ok plus the whole team spirit but it is solely on you to determine the outcome of match.
I have been raised in Georgia all my life and haven't know anything different but if I ever have kids I think I want to go somewhere where they can be immersed in the sport of wrestling the way I couldn't be growing up.

Thats frickin awesome man, it says you're doing things the right way!

Man good job. Those are some good results.
Wednesday did chest, (skipped shoulders), triceps, back width, and back thickness.
flat DB press with 105s(too light), kneeling rope pressdowns 72.5 (too light), lat pull downs 110, bent over rows 225.
Took shower and decided to use 1 of my 2 bottles of Dermatherm Target(54 uses).
Then 6 hours later did a spin class and sweat my @$$ off. I def plan on adding this whenever possible.
I am going to start a pretty strict diet here soon(especially by my standards).
