Todays workout went exceptionally well. I tried to 1RM my Bench @ 335x1, and just couldn't push the weight up.. I hurt my back a little, because I arched it (luckily I had a belt on). However, I did rep 275x6 on my last set of Bench, and I also set a new PR on Decline Bench for 275x4. I am amazed at how much strength I had for Decline after Flat Bench; I just felt so strong. The Cable Crossovers superset with Alternating Pushups totally killed my chest. My biceps felt a little weak today (compared to last week), and this is merely why I didn't pyramid on the BB Curls. I was surprised I was able to lift the poundages I did on CG Bench, because it was my last exercise, and I usually hit it first. I will do CG Bench first next week and see how heavy I can go. My joints and forearms felt all right today, and I was only getting pain in my delts when I would lower the bar on Flat Bench. I absolutely love the pump I get from working arms after chest.

Recovery still seems to be an A+. Everything is is just great.
