Great physique, Jason! Delts stick out the most to me. How's the wheels? You seem to have some very nice squat numbers, so I'd assume you hold some weight there. So those were before the 15.5 lb increase? I'm interested to see where you're at now.

Thanks! I actually have huge pecs.. these pics just don't do justice, but I believe I have another picture lying around somewhere that I'll post up this evening. I would have liked to take pictures after week four, but I'm with no cam; I will just take pics at end of cycle and at end of PCT.

Thanks! My pecs always develop well, and large (and so do my traps), but they don't show here - I believe I have another picture lying around somewhere that I'll post up later. I'm still not happy with my Bench numbers (It's like I should be lifting more for the size/look of my chest). The wheels are great as they always develop so well. I chop up the block with my quads, but unfortunately, cam shitted out before I could snap any pics. My legs are big, big enough, but not HUGE like a pro powerlifter, and I believe I hold a lot of weight in my legs. My legs measured out at around 25.5" before this cycle if that gives you an idea? My back was wide, but it's much friggin wider now, arms and shoulders are easily 1.5-2" bigger, and waist seems to be around the same size, but more defined. Yes, these pictures were taken recently BEFORE I started this cycle, before I put on the 15.5, and I was hovering around 178-179lbs. I will be sure to snap a few more pics after cycle and after PCT.

It is strange though, I know a few people who weigh less than me, but are the same size or bigger, but I still lift more than them on and off cycle. And I also know a few people who weigh more than me, and are the same size or bigger, but I still lift more than them on and off cycle. I'm not sure where my strength comes from? My legs are definitely bigger than theirs though.
 
Definitely a very solid physique, bro. My quads are also pretty big @ 25.25", but I doubt I have the leg definition of you or Irish. :( LOL.
 
yea i feel you on the chest/traps not showing well in pics...its really hard to show how big those 2 really are without seeing someone in person. this is the kinda cycles i need to run...1.5-2 inches on arms and shoulders and everything else is blown up too? sounds REAL nice

yes sir. i've put on at least 1.5" on everything, and i'm a lot more vascular now. ;)

Todays workout went exceptionally well. I tried to 1RM my Bench @ 335x1, and just couldn't push the weight up.. I hurt my back a little, because I arched it (luckily I had a belt on). However, I did rep 275x6 on my last set of Bench, and I also set a new PR on Decline Bench for 275x4. I am amazed at how much strength I had for Decline after Flat Bench; I just felt so strong. The Cable Crossovers superset with Alternating Pushups totally killed my chest. My biceps felt a little weak today (compared to last week), and this is merely why I didn't pyramid on the BB Curls. I was surprised I was able to lift the poundages I did on CG Bench, because it was my last exercise, and I usually hit it first. I will do CG Bench first next week and see how heavy I can go. My joints and forearms felt all right today, and I was only getting pain in my delts when I would lower the bar on Flat Bench. I absolutely love the pump I get from working arms after chest. :) Recovery still seems to be an A+. Everything is is just great.

I bought the Trinitine and am currently using it in PCT. I wish I could give you a yes or no review, but I've only been on it for three days. Resolve and Iron Lungz both gave it a big thumbs up, and their reviews are golden. I'd give it a shot. For $20, it's worth the buy. Omega is a very solid company.

I have ran a full tub of Controlled Labs Green Magnitude and really enjoyed that!
 
Still killing it! Good work, bud! I always just take creatine mono. Works for me. Can't really offer you advice on the BA cuz it upsets my stomach and I've been steering clear of it.

DAY 37 TUESDAY 5/5/09

I have decided to take off today, and continue my workout weds morning (this morning). I will take 36hrs of rest between each workout session this week... so... workout will look like this:

mon 7pm - chest/biceps/triceps
tues - off
weds 7am - legs/delts/back
thurs 7pm - chest/biceps/triceps
fri - off
sat 7am - legs/delts/back
sun - off

For this cycle, I am really enjoying my erratic workouts, it is very unorthodox, and has worked to my benefit thus far. In the past, I used to follow the same workout routine for 4-6 weeks before changing it, but this cycle, I have changed it each week. I have been pyramiding the whole way through, and for PCT, I may be hitting the 10-12 rep range. So far, the dosages above have been treating me well, but there may be a chance that I bump the Tren up an additional 30mg for the last two weeks - The end of this week will determine that. I would really like to hit 200lbs before PCT, but each pound is just getting much harder to gain.

ah man i bet it is....i think you should bump it up if you have enough...be nike and just DO IT! hahaha

lol... I have plenty of Tren/Trena, it's just that I've never gone above 90mg's. I'll just wait and see what the end of this week brings to me.
 
I'd personally recommend against upping the dosage, seeing as how you're already planning on running this pretty damn long as it is, and with quite a few compounds... I've also read that prolactin sides are much more likely with higher doses. Then again, that's just my opinion. I know you're gonna do what you wanna do. :wave2:

Yes, correct. The prolactin issues are the only thing that I fear. Would running 120mg of TrenX be the same as running 90mg of Trena? I've got a few bottles of Trena, but have never used it. I do read a lot that Trena is stronger.

I wasn't as motived today as I've recently been. I was also a bit weaker today. I am 1 rep down on DB Shoulder Press, but I think this could be due to me using a different, short, and uncomfortable chair (the other chairs were being repadded). The Smith Presses also felt heavier today, and so did the triset I did for my legs. Bent Over Rows were just fine, but I did half reps on my last set to prevent injury and to take strain off my lower back. I decided to do a few DB DL's today, and I would have gone a fourth set of 150x4-6, but my back wasn't wanting it. My recovery today was good, but sluggish compared to my last few workouts.

I'm still undecided on whether or not I want to up the TrenX to 120mg. If I do, I will take 2 caps in the morning, and 2 more twelve hours later. Maybe, I just might up the HD.

So, I decided to take a nap with my fiance early evening, and that nap accidentally turned into a long sleep, and that long sleep incidentally turned into me being cryogenically frozen for a decade. Anyhow, I had a wonderful sleep, and I feel wide awake now.

I will continue my chest, bicep, and tricep workout soon this morning, and then finish off this weeks workout tomorrow evening. Does anyone smell that? Wait, try taking another whiff? Smell it yet? I smell a new Incline Bench Press PR!!!

I've finally hit 200lbs today! My workout was very nice and brutal today. I set three new PR's, and nearly a fourth on my Incline Bench for 275x1, but I got a little stuck halfway up (i'll be doing some half-rep/partials next week). I'm repping 225 on Incline Bench so easy now without aid of a spot. I've not done 21's in awhile, but I hit them today, and they really pumped the hell out of my biceps/forearms - My left bicep felt like it was going to pop, and my forearms were killed at the end of each set. I set a new PR for Seated DB Hammers and another on the Tricep Machine. My arm workout went by easy today, but I rested longer than usual. Recovery today was again good, and my joints seem to be okay, but I put a lot of stress on my delts with the Incline Bench and Pec-Deck.

If it's trenadrol we're talking about, then 60mg is pretty potent.

i really disagree with that...but i guess everybody is different:dunno:

but anyways nice job on 200lbs...told you you would get it! my delts hurt too..more so my rotator cuff because i use to pitch but i LOVE me some bb shoulder presses

I felt so drab during my workout.. I just couldn't get into the mood.. I got very bored. My focus was **** today, and I had trouble concentrating as I was being a slack-azz in-between sets. I had a nose bleed today and last night while I was washing up, but it went away quickly (I've bumped up the dosage on the Hawthorne B.). I decided to hit legs easy today and continue hitting them hard next. Squats felt heavy today probably bc I used a different squat rack today. Everything else in my workout went fine. Good strength was present.

I'm beginning to get the feeling that I want out of this cycle. As odd as it may sound, I'm actually eager to start my PCT. I have done long cycles before and have not felt this way. Perhaps it's because i've got a busy work schedule this time around with lots on my mind. We'll see how I feel, and what the following week brings me, but as of now, i'm just drained.

Time for an iced coffee + relax now ;) WEEKENDS HERE!!!

END OF WEEK 6 REVIEWS/RESULTS:

Starting Weight - 179.5lbs
Current Weight - 200lbs (+20.5)

I hit my squat goal of 500x1, and I expect to see bigger numbers this following week. For some reason I've been very bloaty this week.. I hope that it subsides. Some days, I wake up looking very lean and vascular, other days, puffy. Lethargy has been at its worst this week. I will get blood work done on 5/15/09 and once more at the end of my PCT. So far, I've had no back pumps, only mere back strains. Joints felt a little rough this week, but the fish oils have definitely helped along with the other joint supps. I'll keep the Tren @ 90mg and HD @ 75mg, but if I decide to end my run at the end of this following week, I'll bump the HD up.

Start/Current Compound Lifts
Squat - 405x4/500x1 Goal: 500 (Achieved)
Deadlift - 405x3/425x1 Goal: 450 (Attainable but back is still bad)
Bench - 245x4-5/315x1 Goal: 335 (Attainable/very close)
*Note: My lower back has definitely slowed me down on hitting new PR's for these compound lifts.

keep goin son dont stop! im getting alittle bloaty from the hroid, i swear it does convert to methyl test and not clostebol. awesome str gains are going on in the gym for me. almost out of trenadrol though. o well...didnt impress me, prob wont run it again. hroid is treating me awesome! as i expected. bump that HD up son! your 200lbs, 100mg will be ok
