Alright fellas. Day 20! I killed my chest and tris tonight. I felt great in the gym; almost like the energizer bunny. I just wanted to keep going, and going, and going...
I noticed a jump in strength and endurance in all exercises. I even threw an extra chest exercise into my session. Lol I just couldn't get enough.
My triceps also feel especially worn out at the moment. I pounded them pretty hard.
I believe the product is really kicking in right now (end of week 3), which is exactly what Primordial said would happen.
My weight today: 208.5 pounds, which is +10.5 pounds. :food:
Tomorrow will conclude week three, and I'll update with some pictures.
Being that I see myself in the mirror everyday, it's difficult to judge progress. However, I think I'll have a better idea after I snap some pics and compare the old with the new. I can't wait to see what the pictures from the sixth week will look like next to the before pics.

For drinking while on 1-T Tren, there was a thread on it, and while it's not as dumb as drinking while on a methyl, it will still seriously inhibit your gains and is rather counter-productive to the entire idea of a cycle. They aren't cheap, why shortchange yourself of results?

END WEEK 3
Week three was great. I really felt that the 1-T Tren started producing more noticeable strength gains this past week. I'm only half way through the cycle, so I expect to pack on more mass and see some big jumps in strength in the upcoming weeks.
My weight is still around 208.5 pounds, which puts the increase thus far at +10.5 pounds.
Strength: Starting to notice larger increases in the strength department. I suspect that I've only experienced the initial strength gains of the 6-week cycle, and I'm sure that my increases will become more impressive.
Sides: No nasty sides so far. I've experienced some minor back pumps, but nothing serious. If I have any testicular atrophy, it is mild. I haven't experienced any hair loss. I have only experienced touches of minor lethargy here and there. I have no gyno symptoms. My aggression isn't out of hand either.
I'd like to add that I'm still perspiring more throughout the day and in the gym. In addition, I still get the alpha male feeling, everywhere I go.
Overall, I really have not had to deal with anything serious concerning negative sides. I'm very pleased about that.
Libido: Still going at this point. Sustain Alpha must be working.
Overall feeling: I feel damn good. At this point, I'm both excited and pleased to be experiencing success. This is the time when I should start seeing the more significant effects of the 1-T Tren. While "on" I really look forward to visiting the gym (more than usual) and pushing myself.

Awesome leg workout today. On my Super Human Radio interview, I stated that I had gone up about 25 pounds for sets on squats, but today I surpassed that. I was using about 40 pounds more on my last couple sets than I did before this cycle. That's pretty good in my book.
I also stated in that interview that I was using about 15-20 pounds more for sets on bench, and about 20 pounds more for sets on deadlifts. After my workout today, I guarantee that I have surpassed those numbers as well. I wish the interview would have been conducted a little later in my cycle, so I could give a better idea to the people about what this stuff can do.

If you know how to avoid a sunburn you will be fine. A couple of the topical ingredients have a light photo-sensitizing effect… but nothing too serious… Just know that if you plan on laying out in the sun all day Sustain will accelerate your tanning about 10-15% unless you apply sun block.
There is nothing wrong with getting sun on the site of application, in fact a lot of the ingredients are skin regenerators and moisturizers, so they will actually help repair your skin if you do become sun burned.

do you know if epxosure to sunlight is bad while useing 1-T tren and sustain alpha?
are you using toco-8 and endoamp? what do you think of these products? my budget is tight and wondering if there really worth it.

I had a damn good chest workout yesterday. As expected, my strength was up significantly. My performance on flat BB bench was great, and I did better on incline DB bench than I ever have.

Back/Biceps
Another fantastic workout tonight. I have to say, this stuff makes me want to live in the gym. After I finish my workouts, I end up wanting to do more and more.
That being said, my strength and endurance were great this evening. I blasted my back and biceps. I'm definitely progressing more and more every time I hit the gym.
I felt completely energized during my workout tonight, and I felt fantastic after leaving the gym.
I love the feeling after a great session in the gym!
I've also received a couple comments from people who are noticing a difference in my size, which makes me feel pretty good.
My weight tonight was 209.75 pounds, which is an increase of 11.75 pounds. Not too bad. I may increase my caloric intake a bit more.
BTW, I think that pesky shirt shrinking gnome is in my house again.
Someone made the comment today that it looked like I needed to get some bigger shirts.

I picked up some Powerfull today (1-carboxy) and I will be using it from here on out. I'm going to drop the vitex and see how things go. If I have no gyno symptoms, I'll stick with the 1-carboxy and p5p.
I thought with this product gyno is not suppost to be a problem? why were you takeing vitex and now powerful. isnt sustain alpha during and after good enough?
