GMG760's cutting down for the San Diego Summer!

... NOxplode is like comfort food to me... my first supplement ever... just seems to work for me.

I was just reading this and you know what I was looking in my fridge and realized s-drol and phera are my comfort food if I don't have enough for at least 3 cycles i begin to get worried. I noticed my sdrol was getting low and put in an order lol. Every since i forgot to stock up on the m1t and 1tren ban i've been a little paranoid.

So I am working on my Diet plan... the beginning of it is up on post#2 of this thread. PLEASE HELP ME OUT!

FWIW, I have tried a lot of different meal plans and I have to say, once I lowered my carbs and increased my fats and proteins, I shed BF sooo much faster. Not exactly a Keto diet but a "less strict" version of it. You just have to make sure the fats and proteins are there. It makes for less cardio as well. But that's just my take. As you know, a lot of diets work if you are serious about them.

Hey G, What are your thoughts on possibly avoiding the hormonals if you make the progress you are aiming for? Just curious...

G, I got 45g of carbs per cup of brown. I just go higher carb on lifting days and no carbs after 6 pm on all days(protein/veggies)

I've got to agree 100%

It kinda made me feel like I wasted so much time with other diets. But IMO, the keys are to keep the fats/proteins up and watch your strength closely. This way you can ensure no muscle is wasted.

While on The ONE, I actually gained weight (muscle) on a low carb plan and leaned up in the process. You can't ask for much more than that.

I think I may have to go this route... it's gonna take some changing to my diet... you have any examples I could check out? Shoot me a PM if you would.

Hey G, What are your thoughts on possibly avoiding the hormonals if you make the progress you are aiming for? Just curious...

Someone asked me the same question a few days ago, well actually kinda told me bluntly I didn't need it. Which is probably the truth.

That being said, I could probably get to where I eventually want to be without using supplements ever again. Any supplements.

Am I going to stop using supplements? No, I am not. I enjoy doing the research and then "experimenting", if you will, on myself. If it helps me to flip that switch and get the job done, then so be it. I have a decent cash flow for someone my age, it's all just money I would be spending on entertaining myself elsewhere if I didn't spend my time on this sport... and it tends to be something that I enjoy in the sport. Am I getting ripped off? Probably. Am I enjoying myself? Yes. I'll probably be running less supplements as I begin to go through my stash that I have let build up.

As for the hormonals go, I know I don't need it to get cut. I've been tossing back and forth whether or not I want to run a compound or not. We'll see what happens. I'll have to move this thread or start a new one if I decide to go natty until I am done dieting the way I am. I may just opt for a low dose halodrol cycle if anything. I don't want to get caught up being overzealous again... so we are just going to have to wait and see.

That sounds more like what I was thinking. thanks.

Pm sent. On the subject of a non hormonal cut, IMO you are correct. You absolutley dont need one to get cut BUT it can help in retaining muscle on a calorie restricted diet.

I didn't mean to offend if I did... sorry I was just curious. Yeah I agree, I know supplements are there and I will probably always use them because it is an addiction for me and I always feel like I have an edge even if I dont while using something. I guess you could say it is what keeps me motivated for change. Good luck to you either way man...

I didn't mean to come off harshly, it's a completely valid question. I was actually entertaining the questions of a few people other than yourself who had hit me up about whether or not I should use a hormone. When you publicly asked the question, I kind of used that as an opportunity to shed light to everyone on what I considered the "entire" situation.

So my first two workouts for this cut were Pulling, then Pushing, respectively.

I have been working out with less weight lately, focusing more on perfect form and muscle contraction than the weight I am moving.

Pulling -

RDL - 135x8, 225x8, 315x8, 405x5, 365x5
Hammerstrength pull downs - 1 platex20, 2 platesx15, 2 platesx12
Hammerstrength low row - 1 platex20, 2 platesx15, 2 plates x 15
Cable row - 120x20, 140x15, 160x12
straight arm pressdowns - 50lbs x15x 3 sets

DB curls - 25x20, 35x14, 40x12
3 drop sets of barbell curls - 70x6, 50x8, 30x10 got a killer pump from that one.
40 minutes on bike

Pushing
Bench Press - 135x20, 185x12, 185x10, 185x10, 185x10. I wanted to see if I could get at least 10 reps for all 4 working sets with 185. I accomplished this, so I will progress in weight next week. I really worked hard on using my chest in a complete range of motion, taking my pecs to a full stretch to an intense contraction. I am feeling fibers torn today like I haven't in a while. I think backing off was a good thing.

Incline DB - 60x12, 75x10, 75x8, drop to 60x12 I noticed my strength starting to drop off earlier in my workouts, probably from my body acclimating to a lack of carbs.

Hammerstrength bench - 1 plate x20, 1 plate 1 25 x15, 2 plates x12 - my inner chest gets a great contraction from this exercise.

Cable Cross - 70x20, 80x15, 80x13

Skull Crusher - 25'sx20, 35'sx12, 40'sx9

Dips - 20 bodyweight dips x 3 sets

Cable pressdowns v grip - 2 burnout sets.

20 min HIIT

1 hour yoga. Not really sure why I enjoy this so much, other than that I am inflexible as heck, pretty girls, and I sweat like no other when I do this after my workout. (I always get BCAA's before my cardio and a shake before my yoga) It's actually really challenging for me, gets me breathing, and man I must look like a goofball doing it. But I think it will help me in the long run... plus an hour of being quiet and no cell phone does wonders for my stress levels.

So far so good. I am working on my diet, it is actually very similar to Tyler's diet. I guess I am lower carb than I thought. I gotta go to the airport for a bit, more diet updates tonight.

G, what is the dosing you use for the DCP/LeanX?

I am jealous of that yoga hour. I have zero flexiblity and that would be a great way to work on it. Plus it would be another way to get hot and sweaty with strange ladies.

But the help with the stress would probably be the biggest benefit. Nice.

I run the suggested dosing. 2-DCP pills 3 times daily, 1-Lean Xtreme 3 times daily. I really am enjoying it so far, I need to get pictures up here soon, probably can tonight... cause I am already starting to lean out.

Stress relief is definately the biggest benifit. I even find myself laughing a lot (even though it is usually about myself and how awkward I am at yoga at the moment) during that hour.

damn. deads 405x5... i got some serious catching up to do. sounds good so far GMG.

I got 405x7 two weeks ago. But I had 3 lbs and a lot more carbs in me. I deadlift with no wraps either. Just chalk between me and the bar. My forearm strength has gone through the roof because of this.

Thanks G, I have been looking at giving DCP a run.

TL, have you been off long enough from the 1 AD?

those are some nice deads. Hey G can you do measurements or pictures or something for the DCP? Not to be annoying, but Id like to see its visual affects on you considering your a person I trust (and I am looking to get some if it goes as well as people claim)

I actually just picked some up as well. I've heard a lot of good stuf about it so i decided to give it a try.

I have been really thinking about giving Yoga a try. With the way that my my back is, the additional stretch, flexibility and core work that yoga would give me might really help out a ton.

I did yoga for a while quite a while ago. It was funny to try and contort into those positions seeing as I have no flexibility. We did the bikram one as well where they crank the heat up to like 155-120 in the room. It was killer. But the relaxation and stress release was very noticeable. I would walk out of there drenched and humbled each time. I would advise giving it a shot for sure to anyone.
I did feel like a big dummy being in there and not being able to do most of the stuff but I did make progress. The regulars who were there were supportive and it was a very chill atmosphere to be in.
Check it out Silver!

1) Timber should do the Epi, but wait about two weeks - allow interest to build up so your returns are killer; tough economic times call for great economic analogies.

2) Yoga is highly beneficial: prevents injuries [allows fascia to stretch gently], calms you down, and makes for general flexibility.

3) I love G-Man.

Mullet over and out.

Sounds like some low interest.

Don't take my one vote as a lack of interest. In our great demoacracy I can only make my one voice heard but I would think there are plenty of others out there unheard from as of yet.

and then you've got guys like AZ just straight calling a brother out. You gonna take that? He probably does his curls in the squat rack! You gonna take THAT!

Curls in squat rack... must kill...

It makes such a difference dude. I had no idea how weak I really was until I got rid of the straps. It was like starting all over again. But now I feel like I have a grip strength of a different person. I never understood how much that helps with all lifts until I changed everything up. A wise person at my gym, who is in his 60's, once told me: "If you need wraps, you shouldn't be picking it up." Chalk makes a ton of the difference when you are going wrapless. Drys out the hands something awful though.

Let's take a Timber epi vote.

Vote = Yes... you better run that ish, I gave it to you to USE! PM me though, we ought to talk about this and do some research on it's metabolites... especially if you are still gonna be competing in the golden gloves. We also need to talk about PCT. I really suggest Torem this time around... a lot less harsh.

Yes, as soon as I am done typing my responses I will go take a picture of myself... no more putting it off. Plus I am already leaning out... whoops.

I'm already impressed. I really like these non-stimulant fat burners. I just wake up leaner each day. No joke.

I would wait another month. Epi is gonna be the harshest thing you've used yet.

I have a completely different respect and outlook on yoga now that I have done it. Those of us who work out a ton really can use it to our benefit. It really puts into perspective how much I need to work on stretching and flexibility. I feel like if I hadn't started Yoga I would be on the fast-track to a serious injury (tendon or muscle tear) within a year or two.

Good to have you here Mullet!

Speaking of killing people at the gym, I think I am gonna be going out to NY this summer... I need a gym and training partner for a long weekend.

So finally I have a (sh*tty) Week 1 Picture up. I have actually lost some BF% already, which makes me realize I was really loose on my diet. My trouble spots are the same as always, my obliques and my lower back. I have noticed since I have started running anabolics that my fat deposits have spread more throughout my entire upper body. I never used to get chest fat (or at least I didn't notice it) and now I have a bit. I also noticed that my stirations to my shoulders and arm definition has waned a bit. Oh well, let's make some progress!

BTW, sorry about being pale not trimming the chest hair. I know that I would "seem" to gain a lot of definition if I was tanner and smoother. My ex didn't like me shaving my chest... so I hadn't for a good while, and I have been sitting inside working on my computer all winter. So... it's time to hit the beach, get a tan, and break out the clippers.

you got a solid foundation Gmoney. traps, shoulders, tri's are all huge. its hard to tell from the pic, but i suspect some additional lat work would be good for you.

looking good brotha.

THanks man. I tend to find back is one of my strongpoints... I'm not spreading my lats at all in that picture. If I can find someone to take the picture I will post up a lat spread and you can tell me what you think.

So I updated my workout routine and cardio schedule as per advice of guesjn if anyone cares.

Thanks Rosie, I appreciate all the advice.

I promise to get to work on my diet plan you guys... lately here is what I have been eating.

Meal 1 - 3 eggs 3 egg white, Wheat bagel or toast, glass of V8 juice.
Meal 2 - Protein shake. Nitrocore 24 -2 scoops
Meal 3 - Chicken or turkey sandwich on Wheat or chicken breast with brown rice. Spinach salad.
Meal 4 - Tuna - 1 Can.
Meal 5 - Post Workout Shake. Nitrocore 24 - 2 scoops
Meal 6 - 8 oz chicken or fish. 1/2 cup brown rice. Broccoli or spinach salad usually with a handfull of almonds.
Meal 7 - Protein Shake before bed.

I've been sticking to this plan for about 5 days now. I ate pretty clean before, but I wasn't being picky. I'm buckled down now... so anything I can build off this diet or anything that needs changing, please chime in. More healthy fats and less carbs? I kind of feel that I am at the point where my brain starts not working so great with less carbs... Maybe lose the carbs altogether in meal 6?

Dude, if you can stomach the night meal without carbs, by all means... but I like gettin a little extra in post workout.

Money has some big ass wings. I wanted his b*tch ass to go play basketball, but he was too scared he'd fly away.

i thought that might be the case. its hard to tell from that pic how his lats are, and the huge traps naturally make lats look smaller :)

Yo - even go back to his Epi cycle Sunny... His lats are stupid huge even at 180 or whatever he was back then.

Makes me look tiny as sh*t.. but then again, most of you fools do.
