Are you taking anything to help your joints? If not, you might want to look into OsteoSport (or just some Cissus, if not want to spend much).[/Q
Definately, i had the same problem, and that took care of it. Mine were crzy dry, elbows really hurt.

ok first of all i for got to take my caps cuz my tire blew out this mornig

when i got home i took 2 pills with a huge bolw of home made from scratch dubble meat hambuger helper!! dam i could deffently feel my body just fill out after i ate i was pumps very much like a dose of AP, im seeing more veins now than ever befor, to me i think i look alittle smaller but its because im lost sooo much fat!
just saw a friend monday and i askd him how much he thought i weighd.. he said 215!!, i only last saw him the day befor i startd the1 when i weighd 196 or so
also im going to find some one who stick to there word and can meet me on time all the time to spot me.. i wish there was some1 as dedicated as me.

ive been mega dosing super cissus rx up to 9.4g aday, its only been 2.5 weeks or so doseing this way so i should give it a little while befor i decide that its junk.

thanks i was just so confident and powerfull feeling that i just hit it too hard and heavy too quik, now that i and lift hevyer iam taking more rest but still making better gains!
absolutely. I always make the best progress with 2 days off, sometimes three.Taking more rest as in recovery period between sets? Or in taking recovery days? Because yeah, if you get your recovery days right, then you WILL make faster progress, than if you took only one a week or none at all, since it's in this time that your body adapts and makes any changes.

got reall good sleep and had great libido at the end of the night 2!!
also i counted my pills, i have 2 weeks left on 3 aday, and 10days on 4 aday
then when we were at the park we had a killer workout, i did a bunch of pullups and pushups and haging curls, incline pushups

never, this happend at work and at my house . a
Nose bleeds is very common with elevated pressure. The reason I asked if you took caffeeine during cycle is because of the gyno, regardless you mentioned you RW4, even if you do not use it same day, 1 week pre-cycle is still not enough time for hormone levels to level out, increasing chances of problems. Caffeine is known to aggrevate GYNO.
