Lean FX Doseage

Hey guys,

Looking to try out Lean FX on a cut in a few months. Would their be any advantage in taking more than the recommended dosage? I know for some of the Anti-cortisol drugs upping the dosage can create an anabolic effect (11-oxo), then again 11-oxo is a hormone.

No problem on the spelling error. It happens to the most eloquent of us! :D

In general, unless you're a pretty big boy, the dosing at 3/day would be just fine for you. By "big boy", I mean over about 220 and up. Even then, 3/day should be sufficient, IMO. While updosing may not lead to many bad side effects that I've personally experienced, you're kinda just using it up faster that way. ;)

Dosing throughout the day should be pretty consistent. The first dose should be when you wake up. The second should be about 4 hours later. The third can be with dinner, or if you workout later in the day, either before or after your workout. Cortisol peaks at the first two times I mentioned, as well as after a strenuous lifting session and overnight. I lift at about 4:30 till about 6:00 most often, and I dose it at 7am, 11am and 4pm.
 
Random aside about the typo: You used to not be able to edit the title of the thread as it appears in the subforum, only in the thread itself, but that got fixed a few weeks back. To change the doseage typo, just click edit --> Advanced, and look up at the top :cheers:

No real advantage to taking more, you just don't need to, 3 is perfect. Sometimes with anti-cort products, higher doses lead to joint issues anyways
