if HFCS is so much worse than straight glucose (which has a higher GI) because it is 55% fructose, how much fruit/veggies is too much for the same reason?

bump...reason im asking is cause i puke if i try to eat 4500 cals of 3 servings of oats + other stuff...its a lot easier to get the cals from orange juice/grape juice...i avoid gatoraide.

processed or not i think your insulin levels/fat storage react as if this were drinking a few bottles of coke a day.

Juice and the whole fruit are very different. Fructose levels within each fruit vary.

I am assuming that you are saying that are eating 3 meals per day. IMO should be at least 6 if you're bulking. Cramming that many calories into 3 meals by selecting higher density processed foods is likely to just bulk up your waistline instead of your biceps.

i'm confused, are you asking if HFCS is in fruits? From what I understand fructose is important to keep liver glycogen levels up which helps keep your body from a catabolic state.
Also HFCS is synthetic (ie not naturally found in foods), i believe they just add an extra Hydrogen to fructose which makes it difficult for the body to breakdown, so it is more likely to be stored as fat than used as energy
