AK32408's Road to Recomp For The Summer With Formex !

I'm not too picky really..

..they just gotta be HOTT

I'm heading to the gym now for back and abs. I took my 3rd dose of Formex about 30 min ago, so we'll see how this goes !

...Some tunes to get me in workout mode, I'm feeling Prodigy tonight :cool:

Just got out of the gym and looking rather swolen :D haha

I gotta admit, I love the long-lasting pump effect from the Formex. Not many products out there keep the pump for hours upon hours.

I did back and ab's and decided to skip calves and just save those for Saturday.

Back and Abs

5 sets and 9 reps of everything again with 30 sec rest between sets focusing on proper form with just enough resistance to have me push to get the last 2-3 reps in.

*Lat Pulldown - (100)(110)(120)(130)(140)
*Seated Cable Row - (100 all the way through)
*Bent Over Barbell Row *smith machine* - (120 all the way through)
*T Bar Row - (135 for 3 sets)(215 for 2 sets)
*Weighted Lower Back Extensions - (10 pound plate held behind head for all sets and reps)
*Weighted Decline Leg raise on Dip machine with 10 pound dumbbell between my feet for 9 reps and 5 sets
*Ab Lounge...

I felt great the entire workout. My endurance was way up once again, and the pump felt so good it hurt a little, lol. The Formex is really helping me push all of the reps and sets out with more aggression then before. I think I'm gonna stick with 50mg a day, dosing twice before the workout really felt the same as just taking one cap. Tomorrow I'm going to try one cap pre-workout and one cap before bed to keep estrogen levels at bay during the night.

AK, work out looks nice man, is the ab lounge the only exercise you do? how is this doing on the ole Libidoooooooooooo?

I have an Ab Lounge at my house and I haven't done it in a while so I figured I'd switch things up, lol. I usually do my ab work in the gym since there is more there to do.

The pump was incredible, especially since I'm only taking such a short break in between my sets of 9 reps.

..I have a feeling my tricep/bicep/forearm workout on Friday is gonna be a good one ;)

What else are you taking, other than Formex? I have gone through the log, but could not find the answer. Probably missed it.

Right now... Formex, Reverse, Multi-Vit, Bulk L-Leucine, and occasionally Intra-Aid.. but that's seriously it as far as staple, pre, intra, and post workout supplements. I wanna bring out the Formex's full potential.

I never used slim x but I have samples comin in the mail... but, DCP stacked with Formex for a recomp would be sickk I think.

I'm taking the day off from the gym today but I'm still dosing the Formex around the same times... I noticed my joints feel a little stiff, but that's because I haven't been keeping up with my water intake like usual.. easy fix :D
