Cortisol Reduction Supp

What is the best supplement for reducing your overall cortisol levels, not exercise induced cortisol but overall cortisol. My normal cortisol levels were just tested and tested high.

Invalid Link Removed, while marketed as a fat burner, lowers cortisol nicely. Invalid Link Removed gets it done as well. Another option I use is Invalid Link Removed . It is a quality Phosphatidyl Serine Supplement with alpha-GPC, which helps lower cortisol and boost GH. Also available Invalid Link Removed

You also need to look into lifestyle modifications. Treat the problem not just the symptoms.

Working on the lifestyle, a lot of it is out of my control currently. My mom just passed so I'm dealing with that, just lost my job. Recommendations on lifestyle changes though?

11-OXO by ergo pharm, that is if you can still find it since I believe they recently got shut down( please correct me if I'm wrong fellas.)

Do you play any sports?
Work out regularly?
Have a girlfriend? or.......significant other? (not that there is anything wrong with that).
A good group of buddies?
Are you actively looking for a new job?

Got a girlfriend, work out regularly, no sports competitively but go out and play basketball, hockey when I have free time, got some good friends who I see 2x a week or so.

What dosing for 11oxo?

Keep an eye out for the reformulated X-Lean from IBE to hit the market after the Matrix energy caps. You can check out a write-up on nutraplanet about what the old version did to get a general idea of what it does.

Well my friend, cortisol is caused by stress and right now you sound like you are going through a lot. Give things time as you adjust to the changes of your life. Everybody has been down before, I know I have. If you continue to be determined and push fourth, you'll be ok. You have a gf,and work out regularly so that is a start. Maybe sign up for some Bball leagues or hockey league. You got buddies who should be there for you providing they aren't complete D-bags.

ETA is unknown at the moment; however, the reformulation is going well, and I really believe that both X-Lean and Matrix will break records for sales. I've recently tried one of the beta versions of Matrix and was so impressed that I pleaded with our formulator to keep it the way it is. I can't imagine it being any stronger.
We will keep you up to date with ETA's, though.

In the mean time, I would suggest Lean Xtreme/DCP combo, or DermaTherm/Endo-Amp combo. You can even get by with just Endo-Amp.

Make sure you get quality sleep. Cut of all sources of light/electrical devices. Get into a good rhythm.

Take some time to relax; you might want to take 10 minutes during the day, to just close your eyes, relax, and destress. Do the same before bed, and try some deep breathing exercises. You might want to look into some Yoga/Tai'Chi if possible.
