I want to get a good supplement to make me a bit stronger.

I have decent diet (kinda dirty) and extreme training for the most part. I need a good supplement.
I take the following already:
-cissus
-caffeine
-fish oil and 3,6,9's
-L-carnitine
-protein with creatine in it
-vitamin C
-triple dose B's every once in a while

Creatine Monohydrate, or DiCreatine Malate.

Both are good forms of creatine in my experience, cheap too.

Oh, and stop eating dirty. There's NO decent excuse for that, especially someone looking to maximize their strength/mass gains.

1. clean up your diet
2. check out Cre-02
3. check out the rest of the MST line
4. clean up your diet

did that help? :)

are you currently using a multi or just the megadosing of B every now and then? A GOOD multi vitamin (and mineral) will help you greatly right out of the gate.

some people at my gym say that basically you waste most of the multi because you piss it out and never use it. I'm not 100% decided on the issue though, good looking.:burnout:

I disagree with most of the people at your gym....especially if the dosing is split. With Mvp365 (which I use)...it's split into 2 doses so that your body absorbs it a bit better. Its also a GREAT profile stacked up next to a lot of others....give it a view :).

No matter what...definitely do your homework before you buy. Only you will be able to know what you want to try :)

Cleaning up his diet is going to do little in the way of making him stronger assuming he is getting adequate kcals and protein as it is.

I think that eating chicken breasts and brown rice will day in and day out make you a stronger individual than eating cinnamon rolls and cocoa pebbles.

Your body uses what it needs as your fuel and burns things in all different ways. For that reason it is optimal to eat clean to help your goals become a reality faster.

He said his diet is "kinda dirty." I don't take that as eating nothing but cinnamon rolls and cocoa pebbles. Strength is not a function of chicken and brown rice. It's a function of neuromuscular adaptation to resistance and increased muscle mass. This can be accomplished as long as a person is lifting and getting enough kcals and protein.

Cinn...do you think this is a statement that cannot be directly correlated with nutrition?

I don't care to argue with you...or anyone else for that matter really, but I think that reading all of the information before trying to pick apart things other people suggest may work well for you.

It's correlated not only with nutrition but with training methods however it does not relate to our discussion. We already know that it is possible to not be hyooge but be strong. Training for strength is not ideal for size gains. That's why bodybuilders don't train like powerlifters or oly lifters.

I see this discussion going south very quickly...and i'd rather not have that happen on an open forum...so I am going to stop replying to you now :).

If you care to carry on this discussion at any point, feel free to email me or PM me.

guise guys gis why can't we all be internet bud? :type:

I wonder what kinda strength 80mg of VAR would give, but would it be worth it without a super strict diet??

Do yourself a favor and look into DTH bro.

While I agree that diet isn't the most important for strength only gains, an atheletes diet can be a fair indicator of his seriousness to his sport..
A cleaner diet may infact be the key here to more recovery from his workouts, thus increasing neuromuscular adaptation..
BUT for supplements which I found help make me do more weight in the gym.. Creatine for one, which is my favorite- and Arginine for another- For one reason or the other I find myself doing more weights when I get pumps, probably a placebo but either way, it happens :D

test boosters are all a joke dude wake up and smell the coffee!

I'd like to see how your test booster compares to atd stacked with activT and proviron! lol

Go to the steroid section then. That's where the biggest gains would be....

This is a more tame segment of the forum.

Please tell me you have a really really bad sense of humor, or have brain damage.

Agreed chciken and brown rice maybe some veggies too but man you cant go wrong with chicken and brown rice, its simple, easy and its the right food your body needs not pop tarts and tostitos lol

They're right diet is always first, suppps can enhance but there effect will be minimal when used with a poor diet.

As far as supps go I have put as much as 70 lbs on some of my lifts in 4 weeks using Prime. Now some of this is Natural progresion but a lot of it isn't. I have never experienced anything like it. Incidently my results were enhanced when I ran it with phytotest and supersap.

I will be running it with DTHC later in the summer, I know not everbody responds to it the same but I am hopefull. I was looking into T-911 but it was not available at NutraPlanet... soon I hear.

Really???

Your goin got need a better nutrition profile than that...those are basically dirty carbs. Is your goal to bulk quickly and get really huge first then spend an enormous amount of time cutting down? If not, then that diet is not the way you want to go about it ... a little research will do your body good.
