Strength is def. still high since ceasing CreMono and starting Cre-02. With Cordygen5, I'm never having to catch my breath. My endurance is phenominal. My muscles are tired after training, but I myself and ready for round two. I almost have to force myself to stop. :burnout:

47 pullups. So yeah, my chest/bis day turned in to a push/pull day due to the excessive pullups. I'm not complaining, but my DB presses took a slight hit. Only got 5 reps on last set instead of 8, no worries though. I ate kinda big after my workout too. Nothing like a 30 minute 'carb coma' after dinner.

BACK DAY! YEAH! Had a killer back/tris day. 90lb weighted Dips, PR, nuff said. I was definately feeling strong during my workout today. Even with ALL the pullups I've been doing with the 100 days/100 pullups challenge from CopyCat, http://anabolicminds.com/forum/workout-logs/119255-100-day-pull.html , I'm still ready to kick ass and take names on my back. I had ILS like a mofo afterwards too. Definately eating again this evening. Knowing me, it'll be protein and fats. Probably chicken, almonds, and fish oil or something to that effect.
