1-t/havoc failed cycle

There no way I could get 5000 calories in a day without fast food or other junk.
I did eat more when I was taking M-stak, that increased my appetite but I still don't think I was even close to approaching 5000.

yes...thats extreme and most people would never do it....when i tell people what i eat in a day they are blown away....but this is what i want right now....my #1 goal is growth and im doing what needs to be done to make that happen...its not for everyone...im not trying to be offensive....im just stating facts...

I agree with mooch.. Additionally it is a never ending battle.. The calorie demands just get greater and greater. If you are having problems eating at this weight, what do you think its going to be like when your eating to maintain/grow with an additional 20+lbs of mass.

I just remembered, too many almonds don't suit me, it stops me up. I have to assume the almond butter would do the same.

I know maintaining any additional weight would be difficult, but I've always had trouble with gaining weight. For 4 years working at burger king I ate pretty much nothing but burger king, dunkin donuts, and baker's square pies. In 4 years of eating nothing but that garbage I didn't gain a single pound.


I forgot to add, during that 4 year period, I wasn't very active either. I wasn't doing any sports, no exercising, I even drove down the street to the corner store.

epi is an anti-estogen so to speak
when i ran it, the first couple of days, i lost about 5lbs of water and looked ripped as hell.

it would've been better to run it at the beginning to get that weight loss out of the way. also, i don't rely on the scale to gauge gains. for example, on trenadrol, i loose bodyfat and gain a little bit of lean mass at the same time so for a while, i'll be getting stronger but the scale says i weigh the same only i look bigger and more cut.

oh and havoc's liver toxicity is mild. you're paranoid. sucks that you had a decreased appetite.
trenadrol makes my appetite go insane. to the point i'm so hungry i'm shaking. i have to eat about every 1.5 hours.

maybe you should give trenadrol a go for your next cycle. strength gains are rediculous and it has no liver toxicity. side effects are much stronger than havoc though.
 
Thanks, but I've made my own using peanut butter and ON whey. After a while the peanut butter flavor became too over powering.

I've been taking real gains. The chocolate tastes great, only has 5 grams of sugar 610 calories 52 grams of protein.

I also tried the protein with ground oats, I'm not liking that much at all.

You do realize that the first ingredient in this is Maltodextrin, the nutritional equivalent of pure sugar?

Yes, I know that and yet it still reads 5 grams of sugar, as opposed to say muscle juice, also with maltodextrin which has 60 grams of sugar.

So you would "feel better" drinking a shake with 60 grams of Malto and 5 grams of sugar, versus one with 60 grams of sugar and 5 grams of malto, even though they are identical for all intents and purposes?

Not at all, but it doesn't say anything about high amounts of sugar or maltodextrin unless they're disguising it in the carbohydrates. If that is the case then it's 77 grams of sugar.

IT is the first ingredient listed...by law, they have to list ingredient in descending order of amount....therefor MAlto is the highest quantity ingredient.

Also...maltodextrin only needs to be listed as "other carbs", not sugars.

Something similar happened to me. I was doing a straight Havoc cycle, something like 10/20/30/40/50, and my appetite was crushed I think when the 4th week started. I sort of blamed it on liver toxicity issues as well because that's when I started upping the dose of the Havoc and stopped taking my liver support (sam-e). it's a long story why i stopped taking it so i'm not gona get into it now (it was dumb, i know).
 
Forcing yourself to eat is easier said than done for some people.
If I try forcing myself to eat I end up throwing it up, that's worse than just eating what I can.

Everyone is different, so force feeding is not the correct approach for everyone.

I have a hard time forcing food most of the time, it sucks. When I wake up food is usually the last thing I wanna see. Im lucky to get my shake down with something solid.

Wait till you hop on that clomid brotha, talk about an emotional nightmare!

Mornings are the absolute worst time to eat for me, too....almost triggers my gag reflex with just a shake.

and thats how i felt in the morning and right after the gym and most of the time during the day. just thinking about drinking a shake or something would make me gag a little
