Well creatine doesnt have an "immediate" affect and basically circulates for 1 hour before it either needs to go to creatine depleted muscle or to waste. So its ok to take pre-workout, but if you are only take a bulk creatine, its better to take it post. Creatine always affects the next workout, not the workout at hand.
