Push-ups
at the end of chest days I do a variation of push-ups.
We have round DB's at my gym. I grab the 25's and use them as "push-up bars". I put them about a 45 degree angle and put my feet up on the bench. I get about 4 sets of 30 to 50 with changing the widths. Puts a HUGE burn on my upper chest, and allows a deeper range of motion...as I still go nose to the floor. I have about 5 other people trying variations of it (copying me).
Beware...since I use round DB's, they can roll. You have to use your stabalizer muscles to keep them from rolling. I had an older guy ask to work in one day when I was doing it. Sure enough on rep #2, one rolled out and the dude smoked his nose on the floor. Maybe try with octagon DB's first, or with feet on the floor.
