Powerfull and Jack3d Stack

Have been reading about these two and thought I would put them together.... the only thing I am wondering about is the timing. I usually hit the weights at about 8pm.

After reading the reviews of the Jack3d, will I have problems getting to sleep by 11-1130?

I would not dose Jack3d this close to bed time, it will most likely effect for sleep. As a matter of fact, I would not even recommend training that close to bed time due to Invalid Link Removed. Also, do not dose PowerFULL at this point, if you plan to dose pre-bed.

My best recommendation would be:
1. train earlier
2. dose earlier in the day
3. choose a different stack

I guess I'll stop then.... no more training for me since this is really the only time I have.

Theoretically, if done at max effort, basket weaving could illicit EPOC... Wow...

You can train without Jack3d. You can train at 10:30, if it works for you. I was simply giving you an educated 'heads up'...

Timing is a huge issue for me. I just turned 39 and have four kids. I work 9-10 hours a day and I am not a morning person... hence, I work out later.

I have tried the 530-6ish but it runs into dinner time with the fam and I would rather not have that battle with my wife. so, in order to get my lifts in, I hit the weights at 8. I have used NOxplode and I love it. I take it about 45min before it work out and it gives me great energy for my lifts and I can usually get to sleep with out much trouble.

If you don't think the Jack3d will work as effectively, then I will not try it.

I 100% understand. I was simply concerned with your health as lack of sleep and restless nights will dramatically blunt results!

As far as a minimum time per doses, I would say 4 hours. Purely from personal use.
 
What would be the latest time in the day you would think it is worthwhile to take Jack3d?
 
Here's what you can do... just take your jacked a few ours before your workout. It's strong enough that you will still have energy at 8 pm. I take mine at 4pm and work out at 7.

If you can use NOxplode at this timing & still get to sleep, then Jack3d should be be fine as well. I would try 1 scoop and assess.

As for PowerFULL, you could run (2) 1hr following breakfast, and (3) 30min PreWO, and just not do a bedtime dose; or, (2) 1hr after breakfast, (2) PreWO, and (1) at 1130p bedtime.

Ike, i agreed with Mullet that we would not bring this public. Any of our personal 'doings', hell, I am not even sure if it is legal up there in Canada so, i am just looking out for my fellow 'partner'...
 
Did arms Friday with 1 scoop of Jack3d... I took it about 8ish and hit the weight about 845. Energy was okay with just the one scoop but had a great pump. I didn't have any problems going to bed latter that night. Although I did stay up to watch a movie, I could have easily been asleep at 1130.

I will hitting back tonight and will go with 1.5 scoops.
