Gettin Gear - Test stacked with ?

Planning to run some test for my first cyc in a couple weeks and I'm wondering what the best option would be to run along side it for a 1st timer. Diet's in check, I train hard and I'll eat right. Im looking to add 15-20 lbs of lean muscle, PCT will be all set too

wks 1-12 test e or cyp (400-500mgs) M/TR - does it matter what kind?

Options-
My friend suggested deca (200-400mg) cause I can put it in the same pin and itd be easy.. is this true? prob run it wks 1-8

or should I go with an oral like dbol or superdrol.. any help would be greatly appreciated

most people would probably suggest taking the test by itself actually for the first cycle. From what I've read, you don't want to start with too many things because if you get sides, you won't know what's causing them. If you're using test though at 400-500 mg each injection, that might be alot. you may want to start with 400-500 mg each WEEK. But test alone should give good gains.
 
my bad.. 400-500 each WEEK. so Id pin between 200-250 mgs M & Thurs

Ive heard many things that contradict this.. I would like to keep it simple and run test itself, i just want to make sure Im getting the most out of my first cycle
 
naw ur not running 20things. imo. try dbol and test nice and simple. im lookin maybe sometime soon doing test-e, tren-e/ace one of the 2, with some winstrol last 6wks. thats my south beach diet hahaha

thanks man.. so youd recommend dbol the first 4 wks over deca for the first 8? id like to keep it as simple as possible the first time around. i really want like 20 lbs though, is that do-able in 12 wks?
 
Test E 500mg's/wk 1-10
Test Prop. 75 mg's EOD wks 1-3, 10-12
That's what I'm doing now, and this is my first cycle.
I jumped with prop., because I'm not a big fan of orals. To each their own though.

And you can put your test Enanthate and test prop. in the same pin also.
 
i kinda like that idea.. props a little more $$ but it sounds like itd be worth it. Im not big into orals either. Bubba - you running a log?

what are you using for pct? i have half a bottle of torem left so I was thinking about getting some more and using that.. would you guys recommend torem or should I go with nolva/clomid?
 
I'm gonna run Toremifine, IBE Formex, and IDS PCT tabs for PCT. I don't really wanna go the Clomid route...

No, not running a log on here. Just a little log book for the gym.
 
Listen, dont get in such a hurry...you're starting your first cycle, which will most likely be very productive....dont complicate that by adding in things that certainly arent necessery for the first cycle....

Stick with the test...it will make you happy....I guarantee it.

thats what I was thinking at first but after reading up on beginner cycles, they almost always recommend stacking it with something simple. Im sure Id get some great gains running it alone, im just curious what you guys think too. thanks for all the advice

bubba - how do you plan on running your PCT? Can you break it down and let me know what itll look like? I'm curious because mine will prob look pretty similar
 
Goals should be within reach, remember not to push it too much. 20 lbs in 3 months can be manageable, but remember your joints, ligaments, and tendons stay the same.

Ill be picking up Torem for PCT, do you guys have any recommendations for a PCT outline? is 5 weeks good for a 10-12 wk test cyc?

wk 1 - 120 mgs
2 - 90 mgs
3 - 60 mgs
4 - 30 mgs
5 - 30 mgs
 
For a first cycle, Test by itself should be taken. This way, you know how you react to the compound and then add in other AAS in subsequent cycles.
 
from now on, you will eat every 3 hours and get all the calories and protein you will need to grow every single day. durring your cycle, durring pct, and after pct.

if you don't do that, you'll be sorry. so start......bodybuilding. you can't slack off on your diet at anytime is what i'm trying to get at.

your training must be hard ALWAYS.

now, you say your pct will be all good. but you didn't post it which leads me to think that you have not planned it out yet. it's easy for me to see these things.

simple.

just run

pct begins one week after last injection....i think. gotta read up on the halflife.

pct

clomid - 50/50/50/50
nolva - 40/40/20/20

simple.

as for gains, that depends really on how well you know how to build muscle. you can gain up to 30lbs your first time on test.

thanks for the help bro. I havent started yet but when and if I decide to, mid april, you better believe im gonna have everything in check. diet, training hard, and plenty of sleep. PCT will be straightened out too.

I wanted to go with torem because i have half a bottle left over from an epi cyc. Am I right when I say that nolva/clomid would be a better PCT then torem for a test cyc? torem was real easy w/ epi. I kept most my strength and the only side I had was blurred vision
 
test by its self. I'd go with Test E.

If you insist on stacking it, go with dbol, first 4 weeks at 20-30mgs.
 
The more you rush to slam more stuff onto the stack, the less room you have to try something new next cycle...
 
true true, thanks for the help. i think im gonna stick to the enth for the first time around

just need to coordinate all the support supps and PCT now.
