Starting DTH & Sunami 2/11/09

GOD DAMN IT!!! The Ol Slugga's plans for the "face smasher stack" are finished. F**KING $380 dollare fine for speeding/running red light. Over before it even began, Devastated. 68 in 60 Zone, done by a camera. 4 points from my liscense too.:squintfinger:

Hahaha, i know man. The first thing i wanted to do was go and literally smash the camera with a friend. This is the kinda sh1t I think of doing normally, see why im worried what I'll be like on face smasher? :lmao:

it sux, I was driving my wife's car so she's going to get the tix and then I need to inform the court it was me. Don't know if points are taken off or how much their going to be. Just bums me out that it happened twice.

Really? Where at? They didn't in SD and the part of LA/OC that I lived in.
 
i live in OC and trust me every city has camras at at least a few major intersections.

Yeah, I lived in Fullerton for a long time. I know they have those red light cameras in So Cal, but I didn't know there were a lot of the speed cameras though. I guess I was always lucky I didn't drive those streets because I never got tagged.

I wasn't paying attention, yes we have red light cameras but I havent seen a speed camera yet.

Fullerton's Harbor/Orangethorpe intersection is notorious for catching people via photos from mast-mounted cameras.

Day 14

Well not a great week due to getting a cold on Thursday, I just got back in the gym yesterday. One thing I did do though is I continued my DTH during my cold. It really made a difference by keeping up my appetite and energy level. It could of even helped shorten the duration of the cold too. Anyways heres my thoughts on the past week.

What I have noticed:

I think the balls are getting bigger.
muscle endurance is ridiculous.
A boost in sexual endurance.



What I haven't noticed

Bad aggression

I really think I'm not getting any bad aggresion due to the fact that I'm a really mellow person.

Im normally aggressive, but not when I have a cold.

Having a cold will def change things in the strength/ aggression department. Get well bro and kill it!
 
I am at 5 a day with the cold going on. I went to the gym a couple days ago for the first time in awhile and swam 60 laps in the pool the next day. can't wait to kick the cold, I'm slimming out around the middle, good muscle tone and energy is good. Oh yea, had a house fire last week where I pulled a 200 ft charged hoseline through a house by myself, with the cold.(Firefighter:firedevil:) I'm taking my next bottle to 6 a day. DTH works and I feel 20 years old again. Thanks
 
Nice!! Sorry to see your under the weather, hope you get better soon. Seems every time I start a new routine, on comes the sickness. Kinda like washing my car and then it rains. Nice updates!! I'm impressed you can do 5 per day, that's nuts!!

I'm coughing up GREEN stuff boys but I feel decent. Colds never put me in bed, I just roll with them. Oh yea 5 a day works fine and I'm not raging on anyone. You have to understand Sub, I'm 37. I have to supplement "Nuts" where at say 20 I produced it on my own.:biglaugh:
 
Hehe, I'm not too far behind ya bro!! Man though, 2 for me was sweet, I did the 4 per day like 2 days in a row and if I didn't have a job where customer service was required, it would have been doable. I honestly was like "Yeah right!" when I read about the aggression factor/ Alpha Male mentality, but it's honestly true. I just work through colds as well, figure I could be miserable and doing something or miserable and doing nothing. Only thing that really keeps me down is bronchitis, because I also have asthma. Keep on truckin' man!!
 
This flu season seems particularly harsh; I've been under the weather for 12 days now, can't shake this stupid cold. I suppose I could take more time off from the gym... but naw.

Both my kids are laid up with colds and I think they gave it to me...get better everybody...

Well formastane is supressive, so it may counteract the effects of a natty test booster.
 
Hehe, all my friends avoid me during sick season, as I carry it and never get it!! Personally, I would much rather catch anything versus the bronchitis I get. It's like trying to breath with a 600 lb. gorilla on my chest while putting a wet wash cloth over my mouth. Hope everyone gets to feeling better soon!!

Well last week was just ok due to this cold still hanging on. I must say that the DHT really helps in these situations. It just gets you pumped and ready to go! Even with the cold I still had real decent workouts and good pumps.
One thing I noticed this week was, lets say youre feeling kind of flat, just pop a couple DTH and you start getting that pumped up feeling again. Pretty cool. Anyways, carry on.
 
Big Moe, do you find on DTH you need less pre work out stims? Or none at all. Or is it a different kind of energy? Id love to cut down on the amount of caffeine in my diet!
 
It's that way for me. I just feel good enough as a whole I don't always take a pre. Though I do love me some JP8.

I dont use stims at all. I dont even drink coffee anymore. DTH just gives you more of a clean energy boost, not a hopped up type boost.

Trust me I feel the same way about it. Unfortunetly I got a case of gastritis last year and caffine is real hard on the stomach. I could probably drink it now but I'm scared it might come back. I lost almost 20 pounds.

Anyway it was sick! if JP is better than that then whooooaaa mumma!
 
I was able to use less JP8 when I was doing the DTH/Sunami stack. I needed like 1.5 scoops of the old stuff, and was able to only use 1 and get the same if not slightly better results. JP8, whether it's the old or new, is awesome.
 
Wow it's amazing that some people can use 5 DTHC a day. I mentioned in a earlier post I weigh 320 and can't use 4 a day. I'm a pretty mellow fellow too. I tried 4 a day I was on the Smiths Machine doing shoulder presses (225-275 lbs for 10-14 reps), I was actually throwing the bar up and catching it. The agression from this is off the chain.

Last week was pretty decent. Strength is doing good and still getting great pumps. Saturday though I strained a tendon in my left outer quad that connects down near the knee. I was doing my last set of squats and felt it happen. Hopefully it heals quickly because I hate missing a leg workout. I still can train hammys and calfs. Its bad enough that I have been working around a shoulder injury and now this happens. Oh well. Carry on.

Sorry to hear that bro, injury is a pain in the a$$. Stay off it for a few days man, its better to miss a week, than a month.
 
day 35 final review

Well I'm just about about finished with my DTH & Sunami. In my final review here I must say that the DTH is a solid product. I tried different dosing schemes and found 4 a day was good for me. I think what I got out of it mostly was good energy, pumps and endurance in the gym. I think next time I will use it with the 2010 for some extra kick. I'm still on the fence with the Sunami, I really didnt notice a difference taking it and not taking it. Some products work for some people and some dont, not a big deal really. I also want to thank everyone who answered my questions and followed along.
