**** gets old man.lol I have been eating it 2-4 times a day, for a year. Not to mention i eat a half pound at a time. with no carbs, so it gets boring.

Ill ****ing gag on fish..lol

I tried to eat a piece of sushi last weekend, and was gagging like a mother ****er, The sushi chef saw me gaggin on that **** and was like "are you ok"..haha

My weigh in was up about 2 pounds upon waking up today but i trained abs and did some running, that always causes a low weigh-in when i get back home. That means i'll continue to hydrate for a while.

What to report, well i'm not used to being this horny, for example i saw a girl twirl her head to rearrange her hair and just seeing that made my breathing deepen. So, I'll take that as a good sign!


Today I thought back to Mooch's post about my Enanthate having been not underdosed, but completely bunk. And hypothetically speaking if that were the case, then i would have done 4 weeks of SD without PCT and not even realized it. After the SD my libido did dip noticably -- it wasn't so bad, the main thing i noticed is that it took a lot more "work" to reach ejaculation. The reason i'm inclined to think the gear was merely underdosed is because during that period i was still getting great pumps and muscular hardness, which should have been CRAP if i were in a PCT period but doing nothing but injecting bunk oil.
 
i feel like a horny old man on test. basically eye-f ucking any hot girl i see. but since i have a gf i can only run to the end of my leash and bark...
 
Day 78 235 (+15)

These weigh ins are so consistent it's painful. I have been eating more, the scale is climbing higher at certain points of the day and then i ****/piss it all out. I'm really amazed that my weight isn't changing, and it doesn't look like i'm getting leaner either.

My workout was good. I was able to redo the PR on biceps from last week, but I also trained shoulders and had no strength gains there.

Day 14 of 100mg prop ed and all I can report is increased libido and good muscle hardness/pumps.

usually i get 195*5 and 215*2, but that's after doing more reps at 155 so really my sets are identical

standing ez bar curls: 115*6, 135*6, 155*6
just wanted to make sure I could hit 155*6 again and i could

upright rows: 135*10, 145*10, 155*8

hammer curls: 65*8, 70*6
too pumped to continue

dumbell flys: front 35*14, lateral 35*13

concentration curls: 55*5
i wanted to do concentration curls... i was so pumped i could barely do these


I am still getting amazing pumps. I have been for a while. I am just so perplexed that I can have such anabolic activity going on and not be able to add weight. I will keep trying. i am running out of time, i'm tempted to throw an oral in but dissuaded by the fact that only Superdrol works.
 
i know u said that most orals dont work for u, but their effects are definitely amplified while on test. what orals do u have on hand?

i particularly like shorter cycles ive decided. alllllll my gains come within 4-5 weeks and then i plateau in weight gains. i would much rather bulk for 8 weeks and cut for 12 weeks. constantly stuffing my face with anything and everything just gets old. i too feel like i piss and sh!t out everything i eat and it blows
 
I've got lots. Superdrol, Phera Plex, Epi, 19-nor, trenadrol, and Revolt.

Problem is SD is the only one I trust. Phera works OK if i use 30-50mg. Epi i have given up all hope on. Revolt and Trenadrol, i ran each of these for about 10 days and stopped because i felt kinda crappy/shutdown and was making no gains. The 19nor i haven't tried for more than a couple days.
 
kinda conflicted, want to add it in but i wanted to see what 700mg ew of test can do. so far it hasn't done what i wanted it to do (add weight). Hmmm i'll decide soon.

what is ur AI use currently? maybe the letro is hindering ur weight gains. im pretty sure my weight isnt rising because im using adex basically ED because the damn tren gave me gyno and i dont want it to get worse

It's not. The last time I took letro i used about 1/8 of a mL so ~.3mg and that was on Friday (today is Wednesday). I am NOT taking enough AI to inhibit gains trust me people have been saying this for pages throughout the log.

The hornyness and muscular hardness/pumps is all i've noticed.

Yes I will give it a while longer but I've never read about results so poor from a first Test cycle using 100mg of prop a day.


Oh. I've been forgetting to mention soreness. On AAS that work on me (RE: Superdrol) soreness decreases drastically on cycle. Right now I've been getting at least as sore as normal (naturally), in fact I really feel some of my workouts have been limited by previous soreness (I.E. today for military press, i can still feel soreness in my triceps, and on last Bench day, i could feel soreness in my triceps). I don't understand that one at all. My recovery should be improving.
 
I haven't taken a week off since 2006. I don't take weeks off and it's never been a problem for me. I try to make sure i don't hit something that's already sore and that's that... I made some of my best gains ever on my last Superdrol cycle (not this one) lifting 5-6x a week.
 
strange, i just dont get ur situation, ur just weird lol.

im ready for spring break so i can relax, then back to hitting it hard in the gym
 
Dude, i don't get it either. I've been trying to figure it out since almost 2 years ago when i took Halodrol and it didn't work. Honestly I am confused about how i could respond so well to some compounds and not others. Everyone's response varies, but mine varies a lot and some compounds just don't seem to work properly. it comes back with other drugs too like stimulants and painkillers, which tend to not affect me.

idk. but i can't afford to think about it any longer, i have to study lol...
 
unreal, you getting sore at the injection sites? i'm pinning every 2 days but the soreness from each stays with me for about 3 days. it's bad soreness too...

u'll get used to it in a week or two. after my injects i was pretty sore with prop/tren but the soreness eventually faded....there is/was always a little bit of sting upon injecting
 
Not really, even at ED only rotating quads and delts. I don't understand "prop pain" i get 0 pain while shooting. About a day after the injection the spot gets a little sore for quad shots. Deltoids aren't affected, never sore. The quads do get sore but it's minor... i don't really notice it much... and it's probably because I've pinned my quads twice in a row sometimes. It's easier than pinning delts.

With delt shots, i may have to stop doing them. I can barely reach to aspirate and push down on the plunger. Say I am doing my right delt like i did this morning. My left hand barely reaches up there. My left pec gets in the way and starts tensing up... makes it incredibly difficult to do the shot, by the end my arm is pumped and ready to drop.

I trained legs today. My workout was pretty good, i opted to do 5x5 on squats so i could push some high weight and i succeeded.

Day 79 Legs

squats: 225*5, 315*5, 335*5, 355*5, 375*3
pretty good for me

front squats: 185*6, 195*6
i hate front squats

stiff leg deadlifts: 225*6, 315*6, 325*6

calve raises: 285*20, 335*20, 385*20, 425*20
awesome! my calves are damn strong... my workout partner struggles with 1/2 my weight. He's weaker than me but it's not 50%.

You need breaks man. It helps alot to take a week break every couple months.
 
maybe I'll try a break at some point. I've just never seen the need.

I have a type of training that works well for me... you see I don't do a lot of reps during a workout. I average about 15 sets and besides a few exercises like calves, dumbell raises, shrugs etc. I rarely exceed 10 reps. 6-8 is my favorite. By training such low volume i don't think i put enough pressure on my body to necessitate breaks.

Probably a good idea to try it... after the cycle.

I think I have been anxious waiting for my prop to work. I probably put a little too much stock in the theoretical science and not enough in the fact that everybody's body is very different...

I am saying this because throughout this log i've been a poor judge of how much my injectable test has been working. The entire time I have been anxious, thinking it's working when it's not, and thinking isn't not working when it just needs more time...

Today is the first day of the 3rd week and I do have to say that I got a PR on squats with 375*3 which is impressive for me, i have never been good at squats. After the workout I flexed my legs hard and I saw excellent vascularity down the quads... lots and lots of small veins right under the skin. They will be impressive in a few more months when my BF is lower.

At the moment I think this stuff is working great, just obviously taking longer to kick in than I expected and doing so in a way i don't notice so much. But I am feeling good and my muscular hardness today exceeds the last few days... VERY GOOD... It can only increase if my compound is building up concentration so obviously I am still riding an upward curve...

I feel ya bro.. Like i said libido is usually up fast, but any measurable gains take about 3 weeks, for me. So your not far off;)

improved libido continues, muscles are feeling very dense

Day 80 Chest and Triceps

flat bench: 135*10, 205*10, 225*10, 245*10, 265*9
this is actually good for me, as my triceps get drained by 10 rep sets quickly

incline dumbell flys: 65*6, 70*6, 75*5
not bad, it's getting pretty heavy

incline bb skullcrushers: 75*8, 95*8, 115*8
very low weight really, going heavy on this one isn't good for my elbows

cable pushdowns: 120*10, 130*10, 120*10
these fried my triceps quickly


Not a lot of volume but it felt good
 
did my first hcg shot today 250iu

i was thinking 250 2x a week for as long as I keep the cycle going.

So it reduces shutdown, makes PCT easier

weight is a little high today, now to see if it sticks

I worked back, it was ok but no better than the previous few weeks

day 82 back

bent over rows: 185*6, 225*6, 245*6, 265*6
so i can still hit 265 on here for a full set

t-bar rows: 3plates*10, 4plates*10, 5plates*5
pretty weak, i figure it's because i did bent over rows first this time

wide grip pulldowns: 160*10, 170*10, 180*10, 190*8, 200*8

reverse hyperextensions: bw*10, +25*10, +35*10, +45*10
never done this really so i was feeling out the exercise

not a good or bad workout really.

Once again the weight didn't stick and I am exactly 235.


These weigh-ins are so, SO, SOO consistent, I DON'T GET IT.

I just read through the first few pages of this journal where I was on SD. Look at the weight gains there. Look at them here. Something is just WRONG here... how does Superdrol work so well and Testosterone just not work. I just dont' get it. Not 1 pound.


ehhh i did core and cardio today... I hate it, i just want to lift lift lift.

Nothing new at all. i've even been able to keep my libido in line today (no random erections). I'm pretty disappointed now and prepared to ride this out a couple weeks, continuing to eat, hoping and hoping that somehow I'll start gaining weight... but realistically I need to transition into a cut soon.

I started this cycle at about (I'm going to arbitrarily call it) 220 10% bodyfat and I am probably (It looks like it to me) 235 13% bodyfat now. This corresponds to about 6.5 pounds of LBM gained and 8.5 pounds of fat. Honestly it's pretty crappy results by any standards really... As I am likely to lose a few pounds of LBM in any attempt to lose bodyfat.

If you look at the numerical breakdown you see that this "cycle" has hardly even been productive... I'm cutting down to 8% bodyfat coming out of this and might take a stab to see if trenbolone "works" but i might just be "out" of this game because honestly... this is just making me mad and wasting my time... and money.
 
has anyone ran prop where the weight gains started after day 20? is that possible?

yeah i know. I just read so many threads before i started this, I expected to respond as well as everyone else which would mean weight gains by now, or at least some strength, and if not that then maybe some recomp effect, but no, nothing.

I am waiting for a "kick in" point but 100mg ed for 19 days, it should not be getting more concentrated anymore, should be fairly constant now... but everyone is different, i just have to hope that my body is having trouble cleaving propionate esters lol... delaying my kick in point.

Well hey I could always just eat so many calories that I'd be gaining weight naturally, you know well over 4K calories a day, i'm just worried about putting on more fat because I've already fattened myself up enough this cycle.


Oz what are you feeling, to be exact? within the first week i noticed great muscle hardness and improved libido.

Nah I hit 235 a couple years ago but i had higher bodyfat, i rode that higher bodyfat up until i was 250 and 18%. That was like 20 months ago. Didn't take me long to get there (i gained 45 pounds in about 9 months), and i was about 97% as strong as I am now.

I was about 225 and 11-12% and this strong last summer off of Superdrol.
Actually i was stronger on bench back then. My squat is a little stronger now. But it's not like this is new territory for me. I should be gaining.
