Suncloud gets pumped with NOS-FX (AX) sponsored!

Dude you just have some meaty Tri's!, I hate when dudes **** off in the gym and pull that ****, its nice you kept yourself together:) well with only 3 days left, we can say nothing negative about NOS FX!

thanks for that :) i'm very proud of my tri's, so i tend to beat them up the most on any given workout.

as far as the NOS-FX, it works, what more can i say? i'll try my darndest to get a bicep before/after for tomorrow, and i'll see if i can get a hammy one for the next day (though with my hairy legs i doubt anything would be visible. i could describe the pump till i was blue in the face, but a picture might capture that element that my words are missing.

Just shave them:lmao:..so check it out man, today i did chest and Tris also right, did it around noon time because we had the day off. once all my w/os were done, I had serious pumpage going on and actually debated not doing them. I was like, let me bust out some dips and get into a flow with these. I bust out 15, which I think, I did a wrong thing by saving them to then end! I go back for seconds on my 4th one I got some chuck norris style charley horse in the back of my right shoulder blade, man I dropped to the floor like a terrorist being confronted by an apache helicopter! needless to say, I will be doign them after i do chest and prior to other tri w/o's! hahahaha

tri dips build the most insane pump. moreso for me than CG bench. definitely keep it up, and try them at the beginning of your workouts for sure.

i notice if i do tri's before my chest workout, i drop in the weights i can use for my chest. but if i do chest, then do tri's, the weights stay the same. i suspect its because my tri's overpower my chest, so they don't really take much of a hit when working out my chest.
 
got really tired of total body workouts on mondays - my lungs can't handle it like they used to. every time i'm done, i need 15 minutes to catch my breath, and its becoming a bit too much for me. hopefully, by starting to do cardio (last few weeks only - yes i hate cardio that much), i can add total body workouts back into my routine at a later date. anyways,

day 13 - 3 more days of NOS-FX

did a chest/tri workout today, which was pretty good. went up again on tri dips, though i suspect my ROM suffered a bit. also tried some reverse grip CG bench, which really sucked. my wrists DO NOT like this at all. maybe on thursday, if there's less people at the gym, i will experiment with an EZ-bar and see if that helps with the movement.

focus - high. mood, very good - though i started getting offended by the douchebaggery of a few members - talking on the phone while hogging a bench, etc. managed to keep my temper under control though.

pics. lets do another before/after tri shot, again, exact lighting for both pics. you can see again that my tri is almost swallowed up by the pump :)

dosed my NOS-FX a little late, so i hit the gym a little late. focus must have been up, because i set a PR for deadlifts today! mood was obviously good as well. the pump was a little weird today - i had to "chase the pump" by throwing in a few dropsets of hammer curls. anyways, that's not really a bad thing :)

got a before/after bicep pic from todays workout. i really can't tell much, other than my split between bi and tri is a little "pumped over" on the second pic. my g/f said "are you nuts? of course you can tell its pumped". body fat is barely low enough i can see some veins running up and down on my biceps. so anyways, here's the pics.

2nd last day of NOS-FX :(

dosed 2 hours prior to workout. did legs today. focus was not quite there for some unknown reason. i almost felt like i didn't want to be there - not that i'm excited to work out legs usually though. my mood stayed pretty good though. had a solid workout non-the-less, going up in weights on leg extension - quads are still toast from them even now - 8 hours later. the pump was pretty solid - i felt it on the outside of my quads, and my hammies. that's it for today :( final dosing will be tomorrow - will try and get a chest shot before/after for it :)

thanks brotha. i have today's dose, then 3 extra caps (from when i tried 4 caps per day instead of 5). i will dose the 3 extra ones on friday, and see what happens.
 
dosed 2 hours prior to the gym today. was in a bad mood when i walked in - son might have gotten me sick by spraying some putrid water in my face. anyways, aggression + NOS-FX is a great combination :)

did a chest/front % mid delt / tricep workout today, and rest paused every exercise - 8 of them, with a follow up "back off" set keeping in the 10-15 rep range. great workout. i can't stress this enough. wow. 145 lbs on upright rows for a rest pause set is the devil! had a great tricep pump (but those pics have been done), wanted to get a chest pic before/after, but it was a wash :( there are 3 caps left, so i will update this with tomorrows workout, and a final review :)

I would not suggest playing hide&seek after your cycle, you might jump out looking like the hullk , he might not wanna ever play again! lol

dosed my last 3 pills of NOS-FX today. focus - above average, mood - pretty good. pump was OK. pump was a little better than average, but nothing to write home about - keep in mind the normal dose was 5 pills daily.



here's my thoughts on NOS-FX. NOS-FX is a great product. i say this for a couple reasons:
1 - the pump was great - 5.5 hours when you do extreme stretches post workout (DC). the pump is noticeable, and intense.
2 - mood and focus were up - i hit my PR for weighted dips (BW+90 lbs) while taking NOS-FX. previously, i could only hit that number while on cycle.

when i say the pump is noticeable, the only things i have to compare it to is NO-xplode , which gave me focus but no pump worth mentioning, and nano-vapor - which gave me no pumps either. i would recommend this product especially when you're weak point training, and need to make sure you've beaten the muscle down.
