My diet can suffer from time to time, my WO never really do...
So i figure a few extra liver tabs arent a bad idea esp after gruelling workouts. Im glad to hear other guys using less tho ill cut back to 3 OFF 4 ON, thanks gents.
After a heavy workout it's good to dump a few more than you usually would down with your post workout meal. I've been known to do 6 with a post workout meal and as little as 2 with snacks throughout the day. It's just all based on what you feel the needs are at the time.
