screw weight gainers!

yeah its really up to you, but optimally you should put drink it during some time where you haven't really eaten for awhile, so u can refill your tank. this could between your lunch and dinner or maybe at night before you go to sleep so u can get some amino acids in your system so it processes thru your body while you sleep

Ok that sounds good. What do you personally put in your shake? And what supplements do you take like pre-workout and stuff?
 
olive oil seems like an efficient way to add quality calories. i've even heard of people sipping olive oil throughout the day lol never tried it but hopefully someone else can be the guinea pig for all of us. i heard it's actually not that bad...
 
what are all of your opinions on the muscle juice weight gainer by ultimate nutrition?
at face value it doesn't really seem like the best route to go especially when considering the unnecessary amounts of sugar in it (a great way to gain fat). even if you can afford fat gain, i would still venture to say it's best to simply create your own custom mix weight gainer seeing how you have more control as to what's going into the formula than buying a pre-mixed formula.

I would rather take in Coconut Oil throughout the day the EVOO; it's MCTs so it's digested easily, and has a variety of health benefits like boosting thyroid, metabolism and immune function. Also sat fats may be linked to higher T levels. And it tastes good :)

Sidenote: The annual bump was a bit of a let down. Let's hope for a better one in 2010 ;)
 
You wanna gain weight fast? Buy some x-mass. That stuff works...it actually works too good. If you dont lift EVREYDAY while you are on it you will get FAT. I got a few bottles hoping to bulk up but I was only lifting 3 times a week and now I'm looking for something to try to get all of this weight off of me. I gained over 20 lbs in 3 weeks.

I understand what you're saying, but creatine doesn't add weight. Food and liquids add weight.

true but if i had to pick between a weight gainer and creatine i would go for the creatine everytime i picked up monster milk by cyto and it doesn't mix to great

strange didn't have that problem with muscle milk. milk little tiny chunks oh protein but nothing too bad. I think everyone would pick creatine because its hard to eat enough creatine containing food for any good effects. but protein carbs sugars and fat are no prob to wolf down hatch. i dont think their a good comparison

yes im not sure but maybe the monster milk is a little different i have never had the muscle milk

sorry meant to say monster milk, got a sample of it from gnc. only thing that place is good for. go there acting like im going to buy things and work some magic and leave with a bag of samples :lmao:
