Now I know this is far from an original question but I am looking for some (drum roll) advice on supplements!

My profile:

Mid thirties
Judo player living and training in Japan

Weight: Too much
BMI: bad

Diet: Pretty clean, though I do have some problems with a few too many cheat days now and then.

I took a series of tests prepared by a Russian Sambo coach to measure where I'm at in the following categories compared to Russian Olympic Judo players in my weight category (over 100kg):
endurance,strength,flexibility,speed.

I did well on strength-82%- but sucked in the endurance and speed tests-48% and 67% respectively.

Goal: Increase endurance,speed,flexibilty.Trim the fat.

Now I have the exercise portion taken care of and I know how to eat "correctly" in order to achieve my goals.

My question is this, what supplementation would the erudite members of this board suggest to give me something of a helping hand.

Oh,I almost forgot my current supplementation:

STOKED
CRe-02-taken pre-Judo practice
RPM-taken pre-Judo practice
Multi Vitamin-taken daily
Fish Oil-taken daily

Thanks in advance for your help.

Oh thanks for the Cissus suggestion, doing Judo is very tough on the joints and that Cissus looks good for that.

Any suggestions on fat burning supplements?

Oh and which Cissus product is the king of the hill?

The cissus and luecine links I posted were in regards to weight loss. The other two were regarding endurance.

I don't noramaly use fatburners. So I don't have an opinion there.

I use NP's cissus caps, but haven't tried others since USP's original cissus.

The things that help me most with mma, were the rpm/drive stack. Also maybe a mass fx and sesamin stack would help you with what your looking for. Also epic makes a product 5-tetra which is kinda nice for endurance, works for me at least. Have success with all of these supps except sesamin since im a skinny b*tch and have no need.

Green Tea >> Great antioxidant, fat burner, helps metabolize estrogen, increases daily Energy Expenditure...

Caffeine >> Break down fatty acids. Works well with cardio, just make sure it's not high intensity, since your body can break down fat only as fast. High intensity should be done only on days when you do not lift weights, and it's best done as HIT training. Take 200-400 mg.

ALCAR >> help transport fatty acids. It also increases mitochondrial activity and can cause more oxidavite stress, therefore it would be beneficial to add some ALA to it as well. 1-3 grams works best

Tyrosine >> Precursor to epinephrine (you want this substance) 500mg - 1.5 g

Yohimbe >> Blocks alpha receptors >> will help burn belly fat >> 5mg -15 mg per serving is effective, but be careful with dosage since your blood pressure can really jump.

Forskholin >> works through the CAMP pathway and also helps Testosterone

Advantra Z >> this has some research behind it as well. 20 mg per serving

If you make a good mix of the above, you will make a better fat burner than most offered out there right now.

Here is some research:

RPN's DCP. Non-stimulant fatburner so it stacks well with any stimulant fat burner. Also will help increase endurance when taken before your workout. In my opinion DCP would be an ideal supplement for you to utilize.

Glad to see that you've already invested in some Cre-02 for your Judo. Multiple users like Poison and Emerge have said how much this has helped them towards their MMA training styles. The Cordyceps helps your breathing while the eneteric coated ALA is smashing away at your unwanted water weight and bodyfat. Great choice.

I agree that you could use some amino's...and some BA can't hurt either. For a solid BA source, check out Carnage also by MST. You won't be letdown sir ;)
