Starting DTH & Sunami 2/11/09

Im starting my first dose tomorrow morning. I'm gonna use just DTH for the first week to see how it feels , then I'm gonna add in the Sunami the following week. Any other suggestions? Wish me luck.

Have you used DTH or Sunami before? I've only used DTH alone, but considering getting Sunami to run with my bottle of DTH on the way to me now.

Maybe I'll wait and get both Sunami and DT2010 and run the 3 Kings. Or perhap, I'll just run it solo aain since it is now stronger than last year. Still deciding. Thankfully, my back is finally feeling back in shape and I'm itching to really get back to it in the gym.

Well stacking Sunami with DTH is to allow you to use higher doses of DTH w/o the libido lost, and higher rises in free test levels. Some say stacking Sunami with DTH makes them less "aggressive" on DTH.

As for dosing, effective dose on DTH seems to be only 2-4 tabs, 1-3/day with Sunami, so using them together, I mean, 2 tabs, 3 tabs of DTH 1 Tab sunami day, maybe 2 is ok. The purpose of using Sunami with DTH isnt to use less DTH because DTH is effective at low doses anyway.

I had a hard time sleeping last night so I think Im gonna change my dosage times to 7am, 11am and 3pm. I did take a couple of CL' orange triads last night to so maybe its something in those.

Some people cant take things at night, and some can. I never have any issues sleeping if I pop a dth or sunami around bed time. I would try what u posted though and see how that works for you.
 
Luckily, I had no issues with the DTH/Sunami stack affecting my sleeping, although I had to be careful of taking anything stim related after my last dose, as it intensifies the effects.
 
day 7

I just wanted to update how the first week went. I have been dosing 2 dth am and 1 mid afternoon. The afternoon dose doesn't cause me any sleep issues which is great. I'm thinking about kicking up the dth to 4 pills a day and I will be adding in the Sunami (2 pills) starting tomorrow. Here's my breakdown.

What I have noticed:

Good focus/mental clarity
Great pumps/stamina in the gym
A lot of real clean energy throughout the day
Muscle fullness all day
Increase in appetite
Good sense of well being

What I haven't noticed

Bad aggression
Increase in libido

I feel week 1 went well and looking forward to week 2.
 
Then give 4 a try, I loved it at 4.
 
Upping the dose will provide you the aggression factor, trust me on that. Nice updates!!

The aggression is very real at 5-6 a day. I tend to piss off everyone I care about when I take over 4 a day, but the training!!!! Straight bananas yo!!!

That was my real world feedback lol.

Yeah, when I went with the dosing chart of 4 per day, I tried to avoid people as much as possible, whole aplha male thing and being a white hot ball of anger. I'm usually angry, just I find ways to channel it in a positive manner, but 4 per day was way too much for me to take long term, that being more than 2 days. When I didn't want to nap, all I wanted to do was smash anyone at the drop of a hat. There need to be a new phrase coined, "DTH Rage." I honestly wasn't prepared to be that angry at the world.

I dont think it has but I normally want to screw every decent girl I see anyways. Lets see what happens now that I'm kicking up the dose to 4 day and adding in 2 sunami.

I already wanna smash heads when im in traffic or even in a checkout line with some slow F**K. I honestly dont think I'll be able to handle it. I can do without an assualt charge right now, im trying to join the air force.

But it's not the same as regular rage. It's a rage that your happy experiencing. I mean I have zero patients as well and quick go sound off (some call it PTSD, but whatever) but with DTH I'll do it with a smile. Ha!
 
I wouldn't avoid it, just keep a lower dose like I did at around 2 per day. Sometimes I went up, but most of the time, I stayed right there with excellent results. The Sunami can help moderate everything more. It's more than worth it.
 
Haha, Rage your happy experiencing hey? i like that comment. Well, i gotta get some JP8 anyway, been dying to try that so i guess i can take the plunge. Kinda depends on the Aussie dollar too at the moment. God damn economic crisis is crewing my shifts at work.

Cat, Did you find it just a training aid? Or can these Natty test boosters actually give you LBM GAINS? I been in gym 10 years now man, I think I am at my genetic limit. Hence why Im looking into P/H's. Wondering if maybe natty's are a waste of money for someone like me that has maxed his potential out.

Well, I only went up a couple pounds, but I also lost some BF in the process so it was all positive. I'm sure the boost in test helped that, but if nothing else it was because I was so much more aggressive in the gym because of it. I mean I hit a few new PR's and on those last reps that you normally struggle on it was as if I was happy to be putting them up while putting them up. I really hit it much harder and feel like an animal in the gym on it. I felt recovery was better as well.
 
I broke some PR's on my stack, and toned up a bit as well. Easily my fav stack, that being JP8, DTH/Sunami. Only way to make it better is some NOS Ether, but I gave mine away to a bud. He loves it. 2nd the recovery thing, that was one of my fav effects of the stack.

routine help

I have a question for you guys about my routine. I think I'm not getting enough recovery. I'm training 2 on 1 off.

chest/bi
shoulders
back/tri
legs

I train chest/ bi then the next day Im hitting shoulders which is hitting my tri's indirectly. Then when its back day my bi's and tri's are still sore from the 2 previous workouts. I'm gonna switch to chest/tri and back bi. Should I train EOD or the typical Mon-Tues-Thurs-FRI with weekends off?

You'll have to try it out and see what works best for you, as everyone is somewhat different. Most take 3 days to pretty much recover from one workout, before you'r fresh enough to do the same routine again. Of course, that all depends on what kind of workout your doing, and what your taking, etc. Best advice is to try and see, but I'd use 3 days as a rough guideline. Trust your instincts.

My instinicts are telling me to slow down a bit. I can train 2 body parts doing 12 sets per muscle group and throw in some calves or abs in 1 hour. I have the intensity but my body isnt keeping up I feel. I guess I'm just getting older and need realize that I'm not 20 anymore. Thanks.
 
Hey, no worries. I train instinctively sometimes, meaning if I'm feeling like I could really blast some curls, then I add em in, even if I did it the just other day. I always try to change things up and listen to my body. There's really no set standard, I feel, only guidelines. The DTH/Sunami really helped lessen my recovery time. Good luck man!!

thats ok, but the thing is your training shoulders 2 days in a row and you should do compound movements every workout. Shoulder day doesnt cut it. so I would do:

legs

legs/delts.
off

but thats me, somepeople dont like training legs, but if your trying to grow u need to hit legs more.

I'm the wrong person to ask, I overtrain like its my job, and then some lol.
 
GOD DAMN IT!!! The Ol Slugga's plans for the "face smasher stack" are finished. F**KING $380 dollare fine for speeding/running red light. Over before it even began, Devastated. 68 in 60 Zone, done by a camera. 4 points from my liscense too.:squintfinger:

Dude, I got 2, yes 2 tix last night for speeding as well. God damn cameras! I freaking hate D.C. They don't have them in Cali. Don't know what it's going to cost me yet though.
