First Cycle, going to be using Epistane

hey g after reading the other thread about deadlifts and checking out the youtube videos posted, what im doing seems more like Rdl than Sdl. the guy who owns my gym does Sdl, and when i saw him doing them, i was like wtf. Didn't look right to me.

They are two different exercises for two different goals.

SDL makes me sore for days on end. but just in my hamstrings.

RDL makes my entire body ache, but I am more used to it. I bend my knees a lot more than the guy doing RDL in that video. I have long legs though.

it will be interesting to see if im still killing increases at the same rate tonight because it's been almost a week since starting pct
 
I'm on week 2 of epistane at the moment myself 30/40/40/40 perhaps longer, seems like a nice product for the money.

i agree. you might find yourself ordering another bottle of epistane/cycle support/life support to add on 50/50 or at least another 40/40 :) this is the first thing ive ever ran that has given me the motivation i need to finally kick some bad habits (excessive drinking, not eating enough).

i'm glad you started out with 30. 40 was where i was happy, with 50 i started to get weird pain in my lower back but im not sure if it's really just related to going harder on the tbar rows and my 3 hours of driving for work every day.

You've got 315 in ya bro. Just belt up and pick that f*cker up. I think the bodybug thing at 24hour is pretty rediculous. If you need to be that close to your calories in/out... you have more homework to do.

note: a girlfriend in the gym is good for a few extra much needed repetitions in an all-out bring-down-the-house theres-hell-to-pay destroy-everything set :D
 
i really need to get better at using this fat track II caliper, i pinched my way to a 9.6% tonight. i'll reread the instructions and check out some videos and see if i can get a more accurate reading.

today: 177 lb @ 9.6%
bp: 131/86 @ 64 bpm (woops!) but did just get back not too long ago. i'll read this again tomorrow just before i go and after cardio.

oh and when i was done, i went back out and did 2 more sets with more weight.

my back has really been giving me hell and i know it's from my one arm db rows and t bar rows on mondays. talk about me being way out of shape! i cant wait to get this damn party started for real. enough muscle for 100% pumped 100% of the time. yarr
 
thanks for checking in TL, in short everything is not okay. ive had my own company since 1999 and last week my #1 vendor ****ed me so ****ing goddamn hard it's not even funny. my customers i treat like my own kids, i would give them anything, and the vendor is letting me do nothing but give them **** service and treat them like criminals. im ****ing sick of bigcompany. mom and pop forever man. im in the final hours now, lots of legal HORSE ****, lots of ****ing drama, i'm used to the FBI showing up at my door, all this stuff- no big deal, but this is absolutely insane. AND ON TOP OF THAT i have people who think a rush order on tuesday means if i still dont have my **** on MONDAY of the next week its OKAY.

none of this is related to body building or nutraplanet or anything

but it HAS affected my diet, my sanity, my sleep schedule, my gym time, my love life, and being able to have FUN posting on these boards with you guys

I run my own business as well. I definitely feel ya. I am a provide a service, I don't retail things to people, so I am incredibly involved in my customer relations and keeping them happy. But every now and then someone takes advantage of my good nature.

I've never had the FBI involved thank goodness.

Everything will work itself out.

Iforce released Dimethazine and AppNut is about to release their new hormone "One"

Other than that, not a whole lot I guess. A lot of new logs. Timber has one, I have one, TG has one...
 
still have my fbi subpoena for friday the 13th (ooh! ahh!) and they wont call me back/fax/gave me a wrong email address whatever heh

anyway, i got another rep out on leg day and im excited about that:

overall, i believe i have maintained my strength from the epi cycle. weight is down to 169 but i believe most of that was from excessive carbs and water intake.

for pct ive run tamox week 1 at 40/40/40/20/20/20/20, week 2 20mg, week 3 10mg, week 4 10mg. day 0 i started prime x6 ED, t911 x3 ED, stoked x4 ED. just started lean xtreme x4 ED. prime i had laying around, t911 is good and im sad im almost out :D still have a lot of stoked left which is good.

i know this has been the most lacking log on the face of the planet but my log books show numbers steadily increasing from week to week or maintaining even after a time off period. ive now mentally focused on strength gains alone, the size and weight are just biproducts of excellent training, diet, and rest and will follow- they have no choice.

those are leg press sir, one thing ive noticed is squats make my lower back feel like my kidneys are having a bad time. this old boy needs to get in shape faster!

Work your way up on the squats... just start low. One thing I've noticed is that leg press strength doesn't translate to squat strength at all...

Werd. I am strong as hell on my leg press and my squat sucks compared to my other stregth. Hell my squat and bench press are pretty good competition for one another. My damn back is stronger than my legs are. lol.

Sunny - You have crazy ass intense workouts brother. I wouldn't be squatting 225 even on your program.

yeah got some new equipment coming in, should be shipped monday and up and running friday. i finally got an agent to call me back on the other thing and i feel better personally. eggshells though for awhile.

tonight is shoulder day and im just reviewing the plan before i head out. i probably could use some help in time management so i dont stay at work late anymore :P
 
oh on weight i was at 172.6 yesterday. im looking forward to an sdrol run end of may. between now and then im going to move from a 3 day split to an every day one body part routine. i feel i'll be able to work the target area at 100% intensity this way instead of having the secondary body part not get as much effort as it could. i think this will also improve as cardio performance improves.

i dont get it, i seem to be more aggressive off cycle and in pct. maybe it's just the right time of year, there seem to be enough ****ing idiots on the road. maybe this is just the dumbest ****ing place on the planet to live. i mean seriously, i had some chick behind me flipping us off because i wouldn't block an intersection so she could get in to the rite-aid parking lot. now, nobody is coming from the other direction, we're sitting at a red light, there are about MAYBE 12 feet she would have to drive in the oncoming traffic lane (where NOBODY is). but no, she's not impatient enough to do that, but she is impatient enough to scream and flip us off. same person who was all on our ass for the last 10 miles and didnt know how to pass if it was that important. when society changes it's mind and makes it acceptable to beat the **** out of bitches, they'll learn to behave. until then, ma'am, have a nice day and sorry to bother you with my following of the road rules.

Buy staple gun (construction grade) staples and get a welding torch or some nap gas... weld 2 together so there are points in all directions... Make yourself some little spiky friends for her tires. Instant relief for road rage.

It's not an invite only thing. You are completely welcome to post on someone's thread about things pertaining to the thread. If you have specific questions to ask the OP, then go for it, but let them have their thread... don't hijack it.

And what Timber meant about do you workout was... you are going to be running a steroid, if you want answers to your questions we need to know your workout routine and such. So... go post all that info on a new thread and I am sure you will get all your questions that you need answered.
