Counting calories is for Jenny Craig. Get your good macros in, and grow... Just don't eat trash, and your body will tell you when to stop.
Yeah man the economy in some locations suck. I am not familiar with ABI's cookbook, gonna have to look it up. Man bro, you have any of that salad left over? lol.
hehe that was a joke about the abi cookbook, but i dont see why it's not a reality. every beginner in the world needs guidance from somewhere, why not from tl/gmg/tg/et al.
we killed that salad man, but there's enough left where i'm gonna make some for lunch and throw a picture up here for ya. i made sure the dressing had the least amount of sugar compared to the others. it's always nice pointing out how the fat free stuff has like 38g in there. why not just pour mountain dew on some lettuce? or grape soda, the absolute best most awesome soda on the face of the planet haha

had a run in with the lg science store today, going to add t911 to pct and test out some of that AS everyone's going on and on about. i believe i have an absolute overkill setup for pct, but that's how i like to plan, and am absolutely excited as **** about it!
hey guys, funny thing happened this week at work- i actually got to work so havent been here as much. it's been a brutally fast week though, even killed a lot of extra hours on the clock and i didnt mind.
squats are absolutely the most intense exercise on the entire planet. i know dead lifts are supposed to be up there and they get me going, but squats annihilate me. here's what i ran this week:
169x15
218x10
242x8
291x6
it was more of a cardio thing for me than muscle failure. i think i need to spend more time on a bike/treadmill but didnt want to do too much of that while bulking w/ epi.
note on the calf raises, ive been using my new balance shoes and the pain in my arch is basically gone. i think the stretching is helping too. the calf is starting to show the separation in the back, and the legs are starting to show muscle separation as well. i think im going to have some pretty decent changes in leg measurements at the end.
tonight is shoulder tri day, and normally i do shoulders first but today im going to kill the tris first. lots of dips and pulldowns, skullcrushers, you name it.
im sure im gaining some undesirable weight, for some reason im weighing in around 177 now. once i started eating more my weight shot up pretty fast over a few weeks.
in terms of recovery, im going to need some input from you guys. on wednesday i worked the hell out of my legs. thursday was a normal day, and today- i can feel a little bit of soreness. is my body slow to recover, or is this something fairly normal? is the feeling i am getting today related to being recovered, and actually growing?
oh and lol thanks lg sciences for the shirt, i cant wait to grow into it
thank you tg for getting my beta alanine intake up, that nasty burn on leg day is a thing of the past! :head:
I feel the soreness two days later too. I feel it the day after, but if I really get it, it's the worst on day 2.
You know what buddy? You squatted more than I did yesterday. I stopped at 275. You're getting strong homie.
thanks bro! as long as the numbers keep getting higher, that's all that counts. keep in mind our squat rack is off getting repainted, so these are done on a machine. i'll post up those numbers as soon as it returns!
not sure how bright it was, but you guys keep talking good things about AS so i took a scoop of that pre wo. did it an hour out just in case, and it's like someone ground up flowers or something. but i did just have the best workout of my entire life and had an immensely badass pump.
prioritized triceps today. also added in some shrugs, and pushing shoulders to the back had me doing lower numbers but im not mad. managed to muscle up 25 lbs on db front raise, poor form imo but no swinging and junk, but the arm wasnt completely straight out it was bent at the elbow a bit.
massive pump. i almost feel like i belong in the gym. so so so very very close. call me weird, but im anxious to start pct this upcoming wednesday.
not sure if i'll run any more ds/ph cycles this year until my girl and my job situation stabilizes. i think by summer things will be fine, but i have to be smart. also if i keep this roll going with eating and gaining and lifting progressively heavier weights during pct, i dont mind holding off. and this whole psarm thing sounds pretty badass!
this is really going to hurt come sunday, i cant wait![]()
any opinions for or against starting t911 tomorrow? my last epi dose just went down and im a few minutes away from chest/back/bi day. i was thinking about waiting to start it like week 3, but you know how antsy we can get!
also, ive been drinking xtend during workout. do you think id be better off just doing wms + whey? scivation has bcaa in it already, and im thinking i would benefit better from switching up. any thoughts?
B
Grape nauseates me anyway... too sweet.
I love lemonade... watermelon is OK.
I have no idea how people do leg extensions with 300+ pounds...
do you think i need to lower the weight some and add more reps? the way the guy runs the place, i wouldnt be surprised if the weight labels are incorrect lol
I dunno man... maybe I'm just a pansy.
nah no way, im sure im doing something wrong. it will iron itself out in a few pagesthe important thing is that whatever numbers i do end up with, that they go up. i'll try to get some pics of this stuff up so you can see what im workin with.

i am going to start my first cycle with Epistane to made a thread about this but didnt get any responses so ill just ask here
20/30/30/40
on cycle and posy cycle i will be takeing 2 scoops of cycle support spread out and for pct i will be useing pct assist at 4 caps a day
anything i should change or add?
"pct assist" looks pretty good, but as usual it's a very good idea to have a serm on hand. it is also recommended to be at least 21 before running any PH/DS cycles. 6'3" @ 240 is pretty impressive, i know im jealous! what's the bf %?
ya i know its reccomended you should be 21 but i know guys that started when they were 18 amd are fine.. i am going to make sure i have everything right before i start to.not sure about bf% never had it checkd so far ive just been in powerlifting meets but plan on getting into bodybuilding sometime next year
