Quick question! Couldn't find out how to stack DT2010 and TTE together anywher so thought I would ask the best dosing of the 2 together! Thanks!
 
Another quick question as well! Was wondering everyone's thoughts on HMB esp. yours chuck! Specifically on a cut I have read that it helps retain muscle mass! But have also read its way overpriced and doesn't work! Anyone have any experience of using it while on a cut?

HMB works like luecine but you need about 6-10g a day and yeah its expensive but will help prevent a negative nitrogen balance which will lead to more mass kept and gained.

You can just use about 5 DT2010 a day and 4 TTE a day.
 
Thanks chuck! Excellent info! Ok, so here is my plan for my cut! I am already really lean and would say I am around 8-10% bf but I want to get shredded for summer so here is what I was thinking:
First off I am going to try the Metabolic Diet by Dr. Pasquel...anyone had good results using this? I see alot of people doing the ckd prog but didn't really like that approach even though the metabolic diet is similar!
Supplement wise:
Clout (mainly for the ALCAR)
PLCAR
iBCAA by Primeordial performance
TTE
DT2010
Prosource Omega and multi-vit
HMB (if can afford-maybe at least do a 20 day supply at 10g daily)
Jarrow Glucose Optimizer

and I think thats all! And of course a fat burner! So what do ya'll think? Would ya'll add/take anything out? Thanks

The dt2010 and TTE should do some nice things for you. I would add some JP8 if you like blazing intense workouts and focus; everything else looks ok
 
I hope so tripdog! Was thinking at least with the higher test levels it would help lean me out in the midsection even though you can see my abs right now! I turn 24 on tue so my test levels should be really high still but I still think I will see some benefit from stacking the 2. We are gonna put this stack to the test as well as my dieting ability! I get my bf tested tomorrow in the body pod which I have heard is one of the most accurate was to get tested so we will see what happens in a months time with this stack/diet strategy!!!!
 
Ok guys the verdict is in! 2/13/09 I got my body fat tested in the bod pod and it was 11.4% So my total weight was 174.1/fat weight 19.9/lean weight 154.2 my height was 69ins. I did this in a fasted state this morning! I will start my diet and after receiving all my supplements on mon! Well give or take mon because tue is my birthday so thatll be a cheat day :)! Stayed tuned for the results!!!!!!!!

11% in a bodpod is good.

Most people dont test "low" in a bodpod. Even if they are under 10.
 
Why is that chuck? I know the dude told me that if I lost around 5 lbs or so that it would prob drop me around 2% lower in the bodpod!

Well if you weigh 200lbs and you lost 5lbs of fat, that 2.5% of bodyfat. The bodpod is suppose to be the most accurate over and over because its not up to someone to "pinch" you and there is no human involved, but it also varies on the amount of water in your body. I know at time when I was 7-8% I would be no lower than 11% in the bodpod. We had one at the Air Force Academy when I was stationed there which was also when I was doing a lot of bodybuilding.
