Hey i was just referred to this forum by a friend. So this is my first post!
well ive look at the diet tracker and some of the diets yall are doing and it looks pretty cool.
so summers rolling around the corner again and i always told myself i was going to get in shape for a good swimsuit body. well like many of us that has never happened but this year im going to put a forth a good effort at it.
I am not noticeably fat with clothing (excluding tits). My problem is my man boobs and stomach. I cannot figure out how to get rid of them. I tried extensive fruit/veggie dieting and that just ended out with a noticeably flatter stomach and the same ol' boobs. one of my friends told me that i need to block the estrogen in my body. so last month i took a cycle of testosterone booster (novadex) and only saw a increase in muscle mass but no help on the tits.
I am 5'9 about 185. I have been working out in the gym going on 2 months straight this weekend (its been off and on for a few years). I run a mile on the olyptical and then do a mile interval run on the treadmill after everyday. But i do not eat healthy at all.
My question to yall is can you tell me or point me in the right direction to help me get on a good diet to help me loose my man boobs and flatten my stomach?
