Exam day. Took a government, french III, and Acc. Alg II exam..

Took 3 Y-RD before school and I FLEW through my first 2 exams. Math was a different story but lets not worry about that for now..

Since I will be at school for 3 hours on Friday, I will be lifting with Josh instead. We will be doing Back, Biceps and Abs but there is no place to deadlift at his gym so I decided to get this out of the way early..

Edit to explain workout:

I have never had this kind of pump in my life! My arms could not fully contract becuase they were too pumped. My forearms felt jacked too which has never happened.

It paid off though becuase I ended up hanging out with this one girl at a basketball game and she was loving my tight A & F shirt with my bulging bi's. She kept grabbing them and shyt. Finally felt like I was getting somwhere with my training.
 
End of Week 4 Review

-Slight growth in legs and arms

-Increased Vascularity in upperbody

-Increased lower body strength

-Potent Recomp effects.


I have 6 weeks left of Prime at 12/day and I am positive my body will be transforming even more. I really couldn't be more satisfied with my current results.

Monday Morning:

The fball coach never showed up so the weight room was never open. That meant no Chest and Triceps for Monday:damnit::damnit:

I'm hoping to work some Abs tonight after work though with some pushups..I'll write something up.

Week 5 - Day 29 - OFF

As I mentioned yesterday, the coach never showed up to open the weight room so no lifting for me. I ended up going to bed at 8 though.

Week 5 - Day 30 - Abs

Since there was no lifting today, I decided to make an 'abs circut' and see what happens..

1a. Renegade DB Rows 30lbs x 10/arm
1b. Mountain Climbers 20 reps/leg
1c. Jacknifes BW x 10 reps
1d. BW Pushups 10 reps

Did 3 cycles. 1 minute rest inbetween each 'super set'.

Research showed these exercises to be effective for the abs and I can feel it:crazy:

Hoping my bench goes up soon though. I seem to have much better workouts in the eveving since my body has been moving for 8hours+ as opposed to waking up and lifting within an hour, so maybe that is why my bench is not going up at an impressive rate.

Yeah only for USPLabs though (at the moment).

It helps getting a nice tax return though and saving money from the past 7 months of work. It is worth it to me since I am seeing results. But everyone is different.

Strength - Legs are getting stronger every week. I started at 340lbs [which was fairly heavy] at the start of this log and now I can squat 375lbs!?
I will take 35lbs in 5 weeks!!!:approve:

Muscle Hardness - Legs are rock hard daily with the upperbody feeling filled out as well.

Recomposition Effects - Bodyfat has clearly gone missing in my midsection with my weight NOT CHANGING. That means MORE MUSCLE!

Summary:
Weight has stayed the same, with decreased bodyfat and strength increases.
Recomp anyone? And my diet has been far from perfect so clearly this supplement is unlike any other.

good progress bro, my bench is finally broke the plateu i really found just stopping bench for a week or two and hitting the smith machine flat bench and some incline dumbells and some dips really brought it up, in 2 weeks now i can do 230.

I'll most likley do that after my powerlifting meets. I need to switch my training around big time for baseball so I dont lose strength. I just want to maintain what I have and tear it up again during the Off-Season
