Not really a weight routine It's MMA but weights here and there but after my grappling competition I will be doing strictly weights for 3 weeks

It paid off though becuase I ended up hanging out with this one girl at a basketball game and she was loving my tight A & F shirt with my bulging bi's. She kept grabbing them and shyt. Finally felt like I was getting somwhere with my training.

Haha yeah I love those days.. girls at my school see my arms everyday so they don't do it too often.. but when I show up to a school event all jacked up right after working out that's a diff story :147:
Love going to the mall and stuff though.. thats the real fun.
Haha exactly what my plan was. Tear up the Biceps while on Anabolic Pump, shower, throw on tight shirt, and go.
Personally, the movies have turned out better, but the mall is a for sure good time.

Yeah I shifted my workouts to 7pm and am loving it. I had to though because of my schedule. How many bottles are you planning to run? Hoping my bench goes up soon though. I seem to have much better workouts in the eveving since my body has been moving for 8hours+ as opposed to waking up and lifting within an hour, so maybe that is why my bench is not going up at an impressive rate.

Strength - Legs are getting stronger every week. I started at 340lbs [which was fairly heavy] at the start of this log and now I can squat 375lbs!?
I will take 35lbs in 5 weeks!!!:approve:
Muscle Hardness - Legs are rock hard daily with the upperbody feeling filled out as well.
Recomposition Effects - Bodyfat has clearly gone missing in my midsection with my weight NOT CHANGING. That means MORE MUSCLE!
Summary:
Weight has stayed the same, with decreased bodyfat and strength increases.
Recomp anyone? And my diet has been far from perfect so clearly this supplement is unlike any other.

good progress bro, my bench is finally broke the plateu i really found just stopping bench for a week or two and hitting the smith machine flat bench and some incline dumbells and some dips really brought it up, in 2 weeks now i can do 230.
