This really depends on your diet. But you should increase the amount of carbs your taking in (obviously.) Waxy maize will work, I prefer oats. You should focus on whole foods.
Take 1 Anabolic-Pump, 15 minutes prior to eating a meal containing at least 40-60g of complex carbohydrates. WMS will 'work' but i would opt for a more nutritious source like Oats, Granola, Ezekiel bread, etc.
Read over the AP manual that OCC posted above to find your 'nich' and report back.
