alright guys doing my first jab the now but need ask quick question i put the needle in i draw bk with no blood in it.but had a big air bubble that didnt go away so i took it out wot should i do

Pull back on the syringe to create a big air bubble. Remove the needle and replace it with a fresh one. Push the big bubble out, give the syringe a flick to remove any excess drips and jab again.

thanks see once i jab again then draw bk how do i avoid an air bubble.have i drawn bk 2 far

Air bubbles are fine. If you hit a vein and pulled back, you would see blood enter the syringe. Air bubbles for an IM injection wont hurt you.

yeah air in the pipes is fine withing reason for an IM injection, I dont worry about them, never had a prob. Like was mentioned, just check for blood when you aspirate, to be sure your not in a vein/capilary.

awrite cool so if theres no blood just go ahead. wots IM injection

IM= Intramuscular. Everytime I aspirate when pinning there are air bubbles that enter the syringe, perfectly normal. You just don't want to be in a vein, thus the reason for aspirating. If you see blood enter the syringe, that's when you want to pull out and find a different spot.

when you aspirate you will see an air bubble if you are not in a vein. It is an indication that you may safely inject.

It may be an air bubble, or you're just drawing a vacuum in the syring, which gives it the appearace that there is a bubble in there.
