Narrative:
Nothing really to report except I am a moron for not realizing that chicken nuggets are breaded, hence forth carbs!! I felt retarded when I entered the totals in, can't believe it never occured to me. Hopefully it didnt effect my ketosis.


Yeah, you have to watch out for those tricky foods! When I eat breaded foods, I take the bread off, doesn't taste as good, but you can still eat them.
 
yea but taking the bread off nuggets will leave me with nothing really.. I was really stupid for not realizing it in the first place.. I usually take the bread off chicken strips or scrape the cheese off pizza, I am pretty carb aware when I eat mostly except for them damn nuggets

The skin is the best part of the strips! It sucks that I'm not on this diet, but I can eat normal things whenever.

I would rather be on the diet though, I can't wait to see the progress you and the other guys will make!
 
I weighed in at 205 this morning which was exciting.. I will be posting pics soon a before I started the diet to current.. plans are to finish this bottle of Dialene I got and then start the dcp/levi combo stack which should really help me cut down, goal is 185

Narrative:

Really under-ate today but wasnt never really hungry. Was souposed to go to gym but had no sitter so no gym for me. I am also running low on food and need to hit the grocery store up tomorow good thing I got this 10lb box of whey that I ordered from nutraplanets new year sale!!
