I just recently switch from vitargo waxy maize to Professional Supplements Pure Karbolyn for my carb source with pslin. Soon as It comes in I will see if I Notice any difference. Cost wise more affordable for me and they claim its even better than vitargo.
 
Apparently they used to have licensing to vitargo than some how ended and genr8speed got a hold of it. Long story short with the knowledge they have according to there site its not the raw material but how it was processed and there for they made something a bit faster as far as a carb source. Im ordering some this week after I pay off some bills. I will keep you updated. Also when I run out of intrabolic I will use hp100 for my monster stack which is another hydro protein.
 
I stacked Jacked with pre surge last night and holly heck I db benched 90lbs. I inclined db 80lbs which is a PR. Than I go start sipping on my monster stack which is intrabolic plsin more bcaa's from universal and carbs. Post work out of couse more protein/carbs.

I throttled down to 1.5 servings. I shrugged 365+ lbs 2 red resistance bands underneath the stand I was on . 2 sets 12 reps.

Oh btw my 3rd shipment has not come in. I need it as 3 went to pascal and I am sharing my 3 with John as we speak. If a USP Labs rep could check on it that would be great. Says my card was charged so I would like to know the deal. Pascal could not sleep last night too. so he cut down to 1.5 servings as well. John being bigger went to 2 servings today.

I won't be listing my whole routine only pr's for certain exercises. Im going to try to leg press 700 this week or more. I still felt stimulated last night till 1 in the morning.

Leg pressed 710 today. 2 sets 6 reps. 2:1 speed.
Leg extentioned 240 2 sets 6 reps.
squated 225 and went to 90 degress. 2 sets 6 reps. not bad Id like to go deeper but I suck at squats. Im working on it.
I took jacked hour and 10 mintues before due to something occupied me for while.

Still from every thing I read squats are the best for GH and going deeper would be ideal right? It can't hurt? I am going to be starting a new routine in the next few weeks which is sorta like max-ot but some sets will have a 2:2:2 increase in weight so every 2 reps I will add weight.

Deadlifts and squats are great for increasing GH. Going deeper is not always ideal. If you have the flexibility and your joints are okay then it may be ideal but it is not necessary.

Dead lifted 315 today 1 set 6reps and all my other back work out stuff. I felt great today. Last week my dead lift sucked.
 
dumbell pressed 95 today. 2 sets 6 reps. Barbell pressed 225 but went deeper and slower. Still my rotator cuff hurts like a bunch so I can't go all the way down. So far I am liking monster.
 
that music was pretty annoying but i will give you props, you seem like you have some good strength for a guy your size. whats with the yellow socks lol

Last night was awesome. I felt great. bar bell Curled 110 with out swinging. 115 but arched a little bit.
 
Many bodybuilders have deemed the quality of their form while doing an exercise to be the most important aspect of training. Some people training in the gym use the rationale that lifting heavy weight causes you to train less effectively. "I always use really strict form!" they state proudly. "Lifting heavy weight is not beneficial at all if you don't use really strict form."

Many bodybuilders are confused with what constitutes effective training habits. They feel as though they are forced to make the decision between executing properly and lifting heavy weight. You don’t need to go one way or the other.

To complicate matters further, those who strive for better execution confuse doing so with using strict form. They feel that, because they use strict form, they are properly executing the exercises. Strict form and proper execution are not the same things.

I would describe execution as squarely hitting the targeted muscle group during every repetition. Contrary to what many people in the gym believe, extremely strict form is not always an effective and efficient route to take when training. A person can use strict form and not be executing the exercise properly. In fact, overly strict form oftentimes inhibits your progress. You can compromise your level of exercise effectiveness when you put too high of a priority on strict form. I’ve come across a lot of guys in the gym who are frustrated with their lack of development—but will boast about how great they think their form is.

I’m certainly not saying you should train with careless, out-of-control form. Even worse, I'm not suggesting that you risk hurting yourself in order to lift heavy weight. Using form that is too sloppy won't work the intended muscle sufficiently. If you get hurt while trying to lift too much weight you’ll set yourself back both in time and momentum. Doing that is unquestionably worse than lifting lighter weights.

There is a happy medium, however. That happy medium is performing each set at what I describe as a good value and proper execution. Lifting heavy enough weight to build significant muscle mass—while still using form that’s good enough to directly stimulate the intended muscle group.

Solution

Overloading the intended muscle group with heavy weight is one of the most important keys to effectively stimulating maximum muscle growth. Despite what many people believe, you don’t necessarily need to use strict form in order to stimulate the muscle. But, if you want to build the most muscle in the shortest period of time, you do need to use the heaviest amount of weight that you can lift at the same time that you are stimulating the muscle group.

You have to find the right balance between heavy, challenging, muscle-taxing weight and using exercise execution and technique that’s good enough to hit the targeted muscle group. This may take some time and practice—but you won’t find that right balance until you make it your goal to do so.

My shoulder dumbbell press sucked last night and my battery from my cam died so I filmed my pre and monster stack but my battery died. I will look for the charger and film. I did 85lbs and struggled so I will go back down to 75-80 and see how I do then.

Thanks. I some times let my ego get to me because they don't have a 82.5 dumbell so jumping up 10lbs vs 5 is tough for me.
 
Chest and abs last night. I did fairly well last night. Energy was up and got threw my 7 sets of chest work out. 3 barbell 2 incline 2 decline. Abs 3 cable crunches 2 cable leg lifts. I did for barbell bench 2-2-2 reps. increasing by 5 lbs every 2 reps. so I got to 230lbs. Heavy heavy and its harder. I start with 220 than went to 225 than 230 by my last 2 reps. Different type of work out.
 
My leg work out last night was so crazy that I can't walk. I fell off my chair at dinner. I look so week lol. Good night.
 
I am working on the film this week. I just am waiting for my charger and I had some issues with my cell phone which took up most my week going to the apple store etc.
 
I was able to shoulder press 75 last night with no help. Normally I do 80-85lbs but that is with a spotter etc. I was even able to kick it up by my self. I military pressed bar+35 on each side behind the neck which to me is harder and more stress on the spine but my workout partner said to try it out. I lowered my monster stack down to 500 with pslin. I will finish my film this week. I just need to go to my folx house to pick up the charger for my camera.
 
I benched 215 clean last night and went all the way down. Next week I will try 220 all the way down. I have at one point gotten to 225 but I did not go all the way down.
 
I leg pressed 810 today. 2 sets 6 reps. Did not even use my hands to protect me. I squatted same as last week but thats cuase I think the pad was different. PR for me on leg press.

PR on leg press. I was tired when I wrote this. I had to use a different station for my squats so it was hard to guage how far I went etc. Also I had been teaching martial arts from 4 till 8:15 so I was already warn out. Was at my 1st office by 9. Teaching martial arts is about 60% cardio/physical. I am standing straight for 4 hours and 15 minutes.

I got tricked. Normally I do 720 on the leg press which is 8 plates on each side and its maxed out. So I did not see the middle with a 45lb plate. So as I am doing my 1st set It seemed easy as I did it last week. I was like bamn 720 easy 16 plates. Next week I can add more. He was like well actually it was 17 plates. I was like wtf. So he was like if you though that was easy add another 45lb so for my second set I got in clean 6 reps at 820. 18 plates.
 
I found out my friend just passed away and this last 4 days have been very hectic. I have been coving class for martial arts and I have had zero time but I promise you I will get a film up and running soon.

I got a few shots in last night. I need few more clips for me to make my video complete. Thank you borobulker for the kind words. People flew out for his funeral from across the states at the last minute. That is how well respected he was. Over 200+ people was at his funeral and half came last minute on a tuesday. I need to stay strong and continue to lift heavy.

BTW I have not dead lifted 305 in a while so that I am very prod to say this is a PR for me. Usually I I do 275 maybe 280. I was so close to getting 3 plates of 45 on each side on last night. IT was just so late and this last week has been so hectic that Iv been taking naps during the day.

Leg pressed 842.5 today 2 sets 6 reps. Squatted 230 but I is so hard for me to go 90 degrees. I am getting the mantaray soon so that I have more consistency.
